By the way, Whittlesea is about 40kms north of the Melbourne CBD. I live about 7 kms north.
(ook Whittlesea is 40kms noord van Melb en ik zit 7km noord)

This topic is about a Local Government council worker who was taking a photo of a railway crossing as part of his job.
After he returned to the office and transferred the image onto his computer he saw a UFO.
The council has since released the UFO photo ... you can download it.
The UFO photo is presently pending assessement for authenticity.
The council area is called Whittlesea and is approximately 40 kms north of the Melbourne CBD.
