Apartment in Atlanta worth £2.5m
20-room house in Ireland worth £2.5m

He co-owns a house in France as well as a hotel in Dublin with The Edge but the hotel has recently reported accumulated losses of £4.5 million. In spite of this, Bono can still claim an overall bricks and mortar wealth of £7 million.

Touring doesn't come cheap for the gang - the stage show is often well worth an evening with U2. But to get there the boys have gotten used to travelling by private jet. To buy this would cost £35m, to rent it would cost £20k a day plus another £3k for every hour it flies.

Elton also likes his cars - at one point he owned a mere 200. Art? But of course - he has over 1,000 glass sculptures in his collection which, in its entirety, is worth £25 million.

The credit card bills are likely his worst fear - in one 20-month period he racked up £40m, making his average bill a quarter of a million pounds. Aw, but he is kind to friends - he once bought Kiki Dee a ring worth £15k just because she was feeling a bit low (gee, mum just makes me a cuppa).

Heb een aflevering gezien, over Bono. Was op BBC1 bij wijze van proef ofzo.

Was op zich wel interessant maar echt schokkende onthullingen werden er niet gedaan. Mensen die echt close met Bono zijn kwamen niet aan het woord dacht ik, in plaats daarvan interviewden ze bv. Jackie Hayden over U2's eerste single en de man die nu in het huis woont waar Bono opgroeide... en van zo'n iemand hoef je natuurlijk geen schokkende informatie over Bono z'n financiën te verwachten.
