I’ve always been curious — how authentic is New York Pizza in terms of real New York-style pizza? The name suggests that classic thin crust, foldable slice, greasy-in-a-good-way kind of vibe. But when I order here in the Netherlands, it feels more like a fast-food twist on it. Anyone know if the recipes are based on the original New York style, or is it more of a branding thing? And how do you personally rate it compared to other pizza chains? Curious to hear what others think — especially if you've had real pizza in NYC! | |
