It looks quite strange. I recently installed Windows on a virtual computer with the Dutch language. Actually, that is a waste of time, money and effort from Microsoft to translate Windows into Dutch. Maybe they did that for all those mbo'ers, but for the rest, the Dutch can understand English perfectly well.
In my case, Dutch is being abolished completely, we are switching to English and that is also the only language that is taught in education.
