3 1/2 cups Steel Cut Oats

Bring 12 cups of water to a boil

Add oats to water

Reduce heat to medium low

Simmer uncovered 25-30 mins

Stirring occasionally

Add 1 cup unflavored whey protein isolate

Add 1/2 cup unflavored soy protein

Add 4 tsp vitamin and mineral powder

Stir until fully incorporated

"Enjoy".

Smaakloos powerfood dus. Als we Jacqueline nou even terughalen, steel ik wat van haar ‘flakke’ en gooi ik die er doorheen, dan is het wel lekker.

Naja! Ze hoeven geen honger te hebben. Alleen al het genot van eten missen ze... dat is psychologisch wel zwaar

Had er echt nog nooit van gehoord, en vraag mij of of het in de Nederlandse supermarkten is te vinden.
Maar het echte merk is afgeplakt.

De havermoutweek als je niet genoeg punten haalt om eten te kopen.. De Bondgenoten weten er ook alles van, beetje ouwe meuk recycle ;)

In Amerika en Canada werd ook slop gegeven aan de bewoners kwam ik achter.. Dit is het recept! Klinkt heerlijk 😅
• Staalgesneden haver (steel-cut oats): 3,5 kopjes
• Water: 12 kopjes
• Ongeparfumeerd wei-eiwit isolaat: 1 kopje
• Ongeparfumeerd soja-eiwit: 0,5 kopje
• Vitamine- en mineralenpoeder: 4 theelepels
Bereidingswijze:
1. Breng 12 kopjes water aan de kook.
2. Voeg de staalgesneden haver toe aan het kokende water.
3. Verlaag het vuur tot middellaag en laat het mengsel 25-30 minuten onafgedekt sudderen, af en toe roerend.
4. Voeg het wei-eiwit isolaat, soja-eiwit en vitamine- en mineralenpoeder toe.
5. Roer tot alles volledig is gemengd.
