Misschien dat de EBU nav de situatie vorig jaar aangegeven heeft alle regels explicieter na te leven? Dat zou betekenen dat situaties waar men in voorgande jaren nog wel mee weg zou zijn gekomen, nu niet geriskeerd worden.

Op het eerste gehoor hoor ik, met vergelijking van vorig jaar, weinig Balkan en Servische invloeden. De Servische vooronde is vaak een van de meest onderscheidende voorrondes.
