De Dominion rechtszaak tegen FOX News heeft een flinke horde genomen vandaag nadat een rechter heeft beslist dat FOX News daadwerkelijk bewust valse informatie heeft verspreid en dat de rechtszaak tegen FOX News doorgang mag vinden en een jury mag gaan bepalen wat dat in gaat houden:

The Statements also seem to charge Dominion with the serious crime of election fraud. Accusations of criminal activity, even in the form of opinion, are not constitutionally protected."
