Ik snap Nederland echt niet.....dus nadat die Pieter 8 ton aan schade heeft gemaakt, en een jaartje heeft zitten brommen, mag hij weer met schone lei het land in? En niet met een schuldhulpverlener die hem controleert totdat hij de gehele 8 ton heeft terugbetaald? Ik zou zeggen: maak een plan tot terugbetaling met een vast maandbedrag en als hij 2 maanden op rij z'n bedrag niet haalt gelijk weer terug de cel in.....ik vind dit echt zo slecht van Nederland he.....

De huur is gewoon betaald maar er was een conflict over de elektriciteit. Volgens contract was dat inclusief maar daar was Mercedesmeneer het niet mee eens. Althans, zo begreep ik het, het is een vaag verhaal. Er moet allerlei schriftelijke communicatie zijn dunkt me dus dat is simpel boven water te krijgen.quote:
