De huur is gewoon betaald maar er was een conflict over de elektriciteit. Volgens contract was dat inclusief maar daar was Mercedesmeneer het niet mee eens. Althans, zo begreep ik het, het is een vaag verhaal. Er moet allerlei schriftelijke communicatie zijn dunkt me dus dat is simpel boven water te krijgen.
