Volgens mij ging het om de footnote waarin duidelijk werd gemaakt dat de gequote artikelen niet relevant waren voor het onderzoek maar als context werden gebruikt voor sommige uitspraken van Trump. Een footnote die volgens haar alleen door advocaten zou worden gelezen waardoor het rapport voor de gewone niet legalese sprekende persoon op een andere manier kon worden opgevat.quote:
