Sinds vandaag eindelijk weer eens een nieuwe map voor BFV.
Vanavond maar weer eens aanzwengelen.

2 uurtjes Blood & Truth erop zitten. En dat is echt een heel erg toffe VR game, beste wat ik tot nu toe heb gespeeld. Het is wel echt een 'verhaal' shooter, ook niet moeilijk, en ze maken ontzettend tof gebruik van verschillende VR dingetjes. Sigaret aansteken, en als je dan echt 'zuigt' doe je dat dus ook in de game, ze nemen dus je geluid op, net als met blazen 
.
En de manier waarop je het verhaal meemaakt is ook tof, je switched dan telkens tussen een gozer die je aan het verhoren is, en dan schakel je naar een soort van flashbacks naar momenten die besproken worden.
De hele vibe is ook gewoon ontzettend tof, als je een beetje van het platte Londense houdt, prima humor hebben de hoofdpersonen dus. En VR blijft gaaf, het moment dat je iemand aankijkt die een grapje maakt, en je ziet die persoon dan recht voor je lachen terwijl je zelf ook moet lachen. Geniaal gewoon.
Grafisch vind ik het zelf dikke prima. Geen geweldige graphics natuurlijk, want VR, maar wat ze er toch nog uit weten te persen is echt prima. Zal proberen niet te spoileren, maar je gaat op een gegeven moment ergens naar beneden in een lift van glas, en die begane grond zit vol met explosieveen die jij dan af laat gaan vanuit die lift, moment van explosie is dan in slowmotion. Damn, die momenten zijn echt geweldig, alsof je echt middenin een actiefilm zit.

Om even terug te komen op het onderwerp soundbars waar het laatst over ging: vanmiddag heb ik de SONOS Beam gehaald voor 388 euro. Geluid van zo'n klein ding is echt fantastisch goed.
Ik had verwacht dat de bass wat zou tegenvallen aangezien er geen subwoofer bij zit, maar zelfs zonder subwoofer is het geluid boven verwachting goed. Gaat nog best hard ook.
