Dorp waar dit zich bevindt is gebouwd op een stroomrug van een riviertje (3 letters) wat tegenwoordig nog wel bestaat, maar niet meer hier langs stroomt ivm verzanding.

Het moet vlakbij mij zijn maar gaat nog geen belletje rinkelen.
EDIT: toch Delwijnen. Kon daar geen vluchtheuvel vinden.

Hoe kom je aan die info? Het is net als in Kerkwijk en Bruchem (allen laag gelegen in de Bommelerwaard) gemaakt in de 19e eeuw op initiatief van Willem III om te vluchten bij hoog water.quote:
