MAKHACHKALA, August 1. /TASS/. An explosion inside the banquet hall Laili in Dagestan’s capital Makhachkala has hurt 16 people, the Dagestani Interior Ministry has told TASS.
The explosion occurred in the basement. All of those affected are women employed at the kitchen.

According to Dagestan’s Emergencies Ministry the shift on duty at the local emergencies management center at 15:10 Moscow time received a phone call there had been a natural gas explosion inside the banquet hall Laili.

Fire-fighting teams are dealing with the incident. Several ambulances have arrived at the scene.
