Kanker zooi- Cancer shit.

Lots of swear words that contain diseases. We are kinda infamous for that.

Zooi - mess
Most of the times used as "kankerzooi" (cancerous mess), "teringzooi" ("tering" is slang for tuberculosis, so best being used to describe a room filled with TBC-patients) and "rotzooi" (rotten mess). The last ons is kinda neutral and most people don't see it as offensive.
To your grandmother and the like you might prefer to use "zooitje" as in "Wat een zooitje" (What a mess).
