Yes, company to company will no need to add 21% VAT, if some one has company and VAT no. can contact me to get a price list not include VAT .. I don't think so as Umi not so popular as xiaomi , but you can buy it from China , buy a imput insurance(5% of total) you will no need to worry tax when ship from China ... which model do you like of Umi, we have some stock of Umi in China warehouse , I can offer for you on discount !
