I have checked it ,you need to reply a mail for our customer service and upload the photos as they told you before.--"You need to provide 2 types of documents, the picture of the payer’s credit card and the payer’s ID proof. The pictures should be clear , in color and with a size below 2 MB."

Damn, you serious? I received an e-mail that I got a message but when I clicked the link the message was already deleted somehow. So I didn't know.

Really not happy about this, especially because I already payed with PayPal on October 22.

I received a confirmation from PayPal that the money was transferred on October 22:

Keep in mind that the Dutch government highly discourages people from emailing a copy of their ID and creditcard due to fraud.

The order have been processed.
and I need to explain that why the order have not processed before. our customer service need to confirm the payer's information,that means we need the payer provide the color photo of the passport or identify card or driving license and you can hide the privacy info,like birthday date ,which is in order to make sure we can process the order correctly and smoothly and now all things have been solved.

About photos of credit card or the passport ,the reason why we need customer to provide the details like,showing the cardholder's name,the expiry date and the last 4 numbers.we just make sure the order made by ourselves instead of the cheaters,so that can help us to make sure our property security,that is why we make the procedure.
