Dear Gearbest,

My phone which I ordered on September 30, the Oukitel U10, this morning had a very small crack when I picked my phone out of the car holder. Tonight, when I was just eating, the phone was on the table, I have sent a message and put it back. When I picked him up from the table when we left, the touchscreen did not work at all and there is a crack in the upper right to the left bottom. Everything to the right of the section won't work anymore (touchscreen). The phone is never fallen on the ground and I'm pretty careful with my phone, so how this could happen is beyond me.

Is there a good way to solve this?

Hi Gearbest, please ask the support crew to respond to ticket T15110806311. They offered me two options, I chose one and now it takes way to long for support to respond.

At this moment I want to warn people on Fok Forum for ttis way of treating the aftersales by Gearbest.
I even doubt if this is according to eu regulations.
More then ten days later.....
They offerd me a resend for an extra payment of 20 dollar. I accepted that beacouse I need a phone and I need it fast (well that is not going to happen I am afraid).

Today I received a message that a manager disappoved the deal I already accepted and they want me to pay an extra 30 dollar for a resend.
If not solved by tomorrow I will make a paypall claim.

And again 9 days later. No phone is send. I protested against te raise to 30 dollar and did get the 20 dollar deal back. I did pay those 20 dollar a couple of days ago but still they did not resend the phone.

At this speed it will take months to get a working phone if you order at gearbest.

Well and the webcare here on Fok.... The last respond of gearbest was 15 december (and no, there is no newyears holliday in China that is still to come...). So do they really care for there customers?

Hi, last thursday I made a support ticket on Gearbest.com because my Doogee Valencia Pro 2 suddenly stopped working (and I've been very carefull with it). So I received a ticket ID but no response whatsoever. When will you give a reply? Hope to hear from you soon. Tom

Hi, Gearbest kan ik niet meer bereiken om te vragen waarom ze hier geen antwoorden meer geven, tot die berichten gooi ik het topic maar even op slot om geen valse hoop te geven dat er hier webcare geleverd wordt.
