Ben wel benieuwd, ook naar de aankleding aangezien het in de jaren '40 zal afspelen.
Nou, had het liever ná de One-Shot zien gebeurenquote:No Hydra Or S.H.I.E.L.D. In Season One Of AGENT CARTER; Will Feature One Major Marvel Villain
Many of us expected that Agent Carter would focus on the formation of S.H.I.E.L.D., but it will instead take place before the events of her One-Shot! We also get some hints about Edwin Jarvis' role in the series (sounds like he'll be a lot more than just a butler), and much more!
In the following video interview with IGN TV, star Hayely Atwell and the team behind the upcoming Agent Carter series talk about the setting of the first season, confirming earlier reports that it will indeed take place before the events of the One-Shot which was included on the Iron Man 3 DVD and Blu-ray. That's a little disappointing to hear as most fans were hoping that we would see the formation of S.H.I.E.L.D., but it instead sounds like this will be building up to that point (which seems like an odd direction to take). With any luck, a second season will address that part of Peggy's life. Interestingly, the series is described as being like Fargo or True Detective in the respect that it will be like an eight hour movie. We then learn more about Edwin Jarvis' role in the series, and it sounds as if we should expect to see him heading into action alongside Peggy and Howard! Oh, and a brief Captain America 3 update reveals that it starts shooting next April...

Marvel Entertainment and ABC have announced today that the series premiere of “Agent Carter” has been bumped up from a one hour event to two hours! Originally slated as an eight-episode event series, “Marvel’s Agent Carter” will now have just seven episodes, including the extended premiere.
It’s 1946 and peace has dealt Agent Peggy Carter a serious blow as she finds herself marginalized when the men return home from fighting abroad. Working for the covert SSR (Strategic Scientific Reserve), Peggy finds herself stuck doing administrative work when she would rather be back out in the field, putting her vast skills into play and taking down the bad guys. But she is also trying to navigate life as a single woman in America, in the wake of losing the love of her life, Steve Rogers – a.k.a. Captain America. When old acquaintance Howard Stark finds himself being framed for unleashing his deadliest weapons to anyone willing to pony up the cash, he contacts Peggy — the only person he can trust — to track down those responsible, dispose of the weapons and clear his name. He empowers his butler, Edwin Jarvis, to be at her beck and call when needed to help assist her as she investigates and tracks down those responsible for selling these weapons of mass destruction. If caught going on these secret missions for Stark, Peggy could be targeted as a traitor and spend the rest of her days in prison – or worse.
Starring Hayley Atwell as Agent Peggy Carter, Chad Michael Murray as SSR Agent Jack Thompson, Enver Gjokaj as SSR Agent Daniel Sousa, James D’Arcy as Edwin Jarvis, and Shea Whigham as SSR Chief Roger Dooley, “Marvel’s Agent Carter” was written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely. Executive producers are Tara Butters, Michele Fazekas, Christopher Markus, Stephen McFeely, Chris Dingess, Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Alan Fine, Joe Quesada, Stan Lee and Jeph Loeb.
“Marvel’s Agent Carter” is produced by ABC Studios and Marvel Television and is set to premiere January 6, 2015 on ABC.
