For example:

Over a month things are still not working and my account balance slips to $150 with $0 invested amount.
Can I then withdraw still my original $100?

Regarding your inquiry of the bonus upon deposit, yes, if you were to deposit $100 lets say, you will then receive a $50 bonus.

Bonus Terms & Conditions does apply, which means, that you will not be able to deposit, receive the bonus and then request to cash out the bonus you have received.

You can then use that bonus to invest with. For each $1 you have received as a bonus, you will then need to trade 1 lot.

Once you have met the required qualifications and have invested the proper volume, you will then be able to cash out the bonus money.

Keep in mind, any profits made using the bonus money, can be cashed out.

Hey, the money you deposit is always yours to withdraw unless you lose it in trading of course.
The eToro credits are for you to trade with. you can withdraw it profits but the capital can be withdrawn only after you satisfied an certain trading volume.

Sorry for the delay. The bonus credits for the deposit bonus are as follows:

1. They can be used on manual trading, copy trading, and stock trading.
2. The are considered NWA (non withdrawable amount) but please check our "bonus policy" in the green box below to the left. It will explain that NWA decreases with each closed trade.
3. You will receive an extra 50% of your deposit (before February 10th) For instance if you deposit $100, you will receive $50 for a total amount of $150. That will be added to everything that is already in your account.

What is eToro's credits policy?

In the interest of fair trading, you can only withdraw eToro credits that were granted by eToro as long as you satisfy the trading volume requirements.

Until you satisfy these requirements, your credit “money” is considered as a “Non-withdrawable Amount (NWA).” For example, if you deposited $100 and were granted $10 in eToro credits, your equity would be $110. $10 of the $110 are marked as the “Non Withdrawable Amount” (NWA).Every time you close a trade, your NWA will get lower and as such, more of your equity will become withdrawable.

The NWA is lowered by an amount equal to a certain percent of the spread associated with trades that you close.

Different instruments carry different percentages per the schedule below:Forex Major Pairs (any pair where the USD is one of the currencies) - 30% earned Forex Crosses (all other Forex pairs) - 20% earned Commodities and Indices - 10% earned Stocks - 0% earned (Stocks Trading does not lower you NWA)To better illustrate how this works, we are presenting the following examples. You deposit $100 and are granted a $10 credits.So: Equity = 110 USD and NWA = 10 USD

1. 1. Example for a Forex Major Pair: You trade 10,000 Units of EUR/USD and close the trade. If the spread was $3, your NWA will be reduced by $0.90 (3 x 30%) bringing your NWA to $9.1 (10 - 0.9)

2. Example for a Forex Cross: You trade 10,000 Units of GBP/JPY and close the trade. If the spread was $1.3, your NWA will be reduced by $0.26 (1.3 x 20%) bringing your NWA to $8.84 (9.1 - 0.26)

3. Example for a Commodity: You trade 10 Units of OIL and close the trade. If the spread was $1.4, your NWA will be reduced by $0.14 (1.4 x 10%) bringing your NWA. to $8.70 (8.84 - 0.14)

4. Example for a Stock: You trade GOOG stock and close it. Your NWA will stay the same.

Ook als je een maand niks doet is het nog steeds NWA.

Voorwaarde is overigens dat je een open positie had ten tijde van de storing en krijg je 50% van je gestorte credits als NWA.

En volgens mij kun je inderdaad je deposit weer terughalen alhoewel dat hier niet expliciet wordt gezegd maar jij dat blijkbaar ook niet hebt gevraagd.

Nu precies wat jij zegt zeg ik ook tegen hun maar hun zeggen nee je kunt niet alles terughalen.
Want je moet eerst met je deposit handelen wil je je deposit terug halen en je bonus behouden.
