I am Rohan and i love playing minecraft! for so long, i think its time to start a server and make money with it.. But theres one problem... i know how to start a server and install plugins but i don't know witch plugins i need to have...(sorry for my bad english, i am from holland) Here's how i want to have it: A server with serveral ranks: Owner(staff), Admin(staff), Moderator(staff), Helper(staff) Donator+, Donator, Baljeeto!, Member, and Beginner. i choose the admin, moderator and owner myself.. and the other ranks starting with baljeeto! is payed. They have more rights and serveral commands.. I also want a kinda economy in the server.. money and sign shops.. and ofcourse Factions!! with power and stuff, commands i think off: /f claim, /f show, /f enemy [name], /f ally [name] and that things.. i also want people to vote!! i want to give them $1500 in game for 1 vote at websites like planetminecraft.com. and one of the last things i want.. are a sorth of telepads to teleport to a survival, Creative and Pvp world... and i don't want that normal players can use the donator and other staff commands... and ofcourse a plugin that 'collects' the money.. and stores it on my bank.. of paypal account, i think bank account is the easiest way. and if it's possible i also want people to donate with their phones.. by texting or calling...(ps. and i want that the ranks are behind the players name(in the chat) and that the ranks have serveral colours)
The easiest way you can help me, is give a list of all the plugins i need for the requirements above.. and a little instruction how to configure them...
(all plugins minecraft 1.5 or above please )

Zijn genoeg economy plugins, faction plugins, chestshop plugins en pvp plugins.
Helaas is er geen plugin voor domme wannabe-admins
