nginx is ook een proxy/http(s) server. Het klinkt mij alsof iemand google.com etc in ze hosts file heeft gezet met het ip van de nginx server. TS hoe ziet jouw C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts er uit? Die van mij heeft alleen dit er in en meer zou er ook niet in mogen staan als je er niet zelf aan gezeten heb:
