Skins #2 - Nu ook op de Nederlandse buis!

Bump.

Er is weer een nieuws seizoen
Even vergeten wie iedereen was, ze gaan door met de personages van vorig seizoen. Even kijken welke kant het allemaal op gaat.

Eerste ep was voor mij direct de beste vd huidige cast, erg tof

Ben best positief verast over de eerste aflevering van het zesde seizoen, hopen dat er nu een goed verhaal opvolgt.

Aflevering 2 is ook al te vinden op het wereldwijde web, 7 februari volgt aflevering 3 van seizoen 6.

Erg gaaf seizoen tot nu toe, erg indrukwekkende afleveringen...

De Franky aflevering was leuk! Veel beter seizoen dan seizoen 5

Dit seizoen is een stuk beter ja..cast komt nu een stuk beter uit de verf. Vind het nu zelfs jammer dat er nog maar 1 ep te gaan is met deze cast (toch?)

Nee hoor, nog 5 ep's te gaan volgens mij en wikipedia Hopen dat er nog een 4de generatie volgt.

ohnee het zijn geen 6 eps standaard bij Skins..ben in de war met wat andere Britse series. Volgens mij zijn er 8 in totaal, dus dan nog 3 eps

Normaal zijn het er idd 8, maar wikipedia(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Skins_episodes#Series_6) toont er 10 dusja... En daarna zou de skins movie moeten komen, maar ik vrees dat dat weer zal uitgesteld worden

Zonet aflevering 5 van seizoen 6 gezien (oftewel de allernieuwste) erg tof weer

Op twitter van e4 stond al een heel tijdje geleden dat de opnames gepland waren na de opnamens van seizoen 6 en dat de film pas achter seizoen 6 ging uitkomen. Maar het zou me idd niet verbazen moest het weeral uitgesteld worden.

Vorig seizoen ben ik mijn interesse verloren, maar dit seizoen is dus beter?

Niet het beste seizoen van alle generaties, maar zeker beter dan seizoen 5 imo. Is er eigenlijk al iets bekend over een eventuele 4de generatie cast?

Zelf ben ik eigenlijk ergens in seizoen 5 gestopt met kijken. Die laatste cast kon mij niet genoeg interesseren (of ik ben gewoon te oud geworden voor de verhaallijnen ).

MAAR!

Geen film maar 3 episodes met oude castleden: Skins Pure' (Cassie), 'Skins Rise' (Cook) and 'Skins Fire' (Effy).

<sub>Skins is a British teen drama that follows the lives of a group of teenagers in Bristol, South West England, through the two years of sixth form. On 8 March 2012, Channel 4 confirmed that Skins will come to an end after a seventh series, featuring characters from the first and second generations as they announced that the third generation would not be involved in the seventh series in a six-episode series, with Channel 4 promising "a celebration of this truly iconic series''. On 19 March 2013, Channel 4 announced that the final series will aired in July 2013.

American adaptation



Although Skins aired in the United States on BBC America (only series 1-3 aired and the rights cleared only for those series for purchase of DVDs or online viewing in the U.S.) MTV announced that they would be adapting the show into an American version set in Baltimore, Maryland.With Bryan Elsley as executive producer,the series began filming in February 2010 in Toronto, Canada.

The first episode of the U.S. series is almost a shot-for-shot copy of the first episode of the UK series, but it deviates from the original plot in following episodes such that there are significant differences between the U.S. and UK versions. Characters are also similar, and some names have been changed; Sid has been renamed Stanley, Cassie renamed Cadie and Jal renamed Daisy. In addition, Tony's younger sister Effy, who becomes a main character in Generation Two of UK Skins, was renamed Eura. However, the biggest change comes in the form of Tea, a lesbian cheerleader who replaces the UK gay character Maxxie who was a professional dancer.

The show's cancellation was announced by MTV on 10 June 2011. The Parents Television Council, an advocacy group, criticized the show, calling it one of the worst shows a child could watch. Reasons cited for its cancellation included loss of advertising sponsors and a shrinking audience, with fewer people tuning in for each subsequent episode. Pre-adult teens ("minors" under U.S. law), who are MTV's core demographic audience, were at the center of the argument for those who disapproved of the program, even with MTV's self-imposed restrictive broadcaster-like standards and practices.

Yes, Skins . Heb alleen seizoen 1 & 2 gezien, en 2 afleveringen van 3, maar bleef het maar jammer vinden dat er nieuwe acteurs waren.. misschien binnenkort opnieuw proberen.
