Sloeg iemand met een poot van een stoel
Samuel Aronsson, , physically abused a man, using a leg from a chair.
- I got into fights in order to gain respect from other people. I grew up with violence, he says. Now he is confined to the Big Brother house. Samuel Aronsson has a number of court convictions, more than one due to violent crimes. He says that his life has been tough. Han was adopted to Sweden at the age of four, and ended up in a family where he wasn't well taken care of. As a twelve year old he came to his first treatment facility. In total he has stayed at seventeen different treatment facilities. He says that this messy background led to him becoming aggressive. He often ended up in fights. One of his convictions is for a heavy assault. He and two other inmates beat up a caretaker at one of the treatment facilities using a leg from a chair. Then they locked him in and ran away.
The turning point came when he was twenty years old. - I succeeded in getting out of it thanks to a facility manager, who was there for me in spite of me committing the most awful crimes. At the same time he got a daughter, who is now five years old. - I swapped all my friends for new ones and started a new life, says Samuel.
Part of the new life was also the realization that he is bisexual. Yesterday Samuel entered the Big Brother house where he will be living, locked in with the other contestants, for a hundred days. In spite of the circumstances he is certain that he won't ever hit anyone. - Not a chance. There is too much at stake, he says.
