Hoeveel fok wel niet voorkomt in de Google search over Libë. Of komt dat ook omdat ik zelf die pagina's bezoek?

Wat zou er gebeuren als kadaffi in een gestoorde bui Nederland de oorlog verklaart?

Gewoon even hypothetisch..... wat zou er dan gebeuren ?

In the evening, Gadhafi appeared before a crowd over more than 1,000 supporters massed in Green Square and called on them to fight back against protesters and "defend the nation."

"Retaliate against them, retaliate against them," Gadhafi said, speaking by microphone from the ramparts of the Red Castle, a Crusader fort overlooking the square. Wearing a fur cap and sunglasses, he shook his fist in the air, telling the crowd, "Dance, sing and prepare. Prepare to defend Libya, to defend the oil, dignity and independence."

He warned, "At the suitable time we will open the arms depot so all Libyans and tribes become armed, so that Libya becomes red with fire." The crowd waved pictures of the leader and green flags as he said, "I am in the middle of the people in the Green Square. ... This is the people that loves Moammar Gadhafi. If the people of Libya and the Arabs and Africans don't love Moammar Gadhafi then Moammar Gadhafi does not deserve to live."

Wat een geouwehoer. Hij ontketent echt een chaos.

De echte oorzaak van al deze crap in Afrika en het Midden Oosten. Het probleem is niet Ghadaffi, maar Bernanke. Het begint met de zwakste broeders die het loodje leggen. Welke landen/continenten gaan nog meer volgen? Dat is waar ik me wel een beetje zorgen om maak.

As Libyan warplanes continue to launch new air strikes against areas under the control of opposition rebels, international debate is growing about whether a no-fly zone should be established over the country to protect civilians.

'Ministerie moet snel tot actie overgaan'

Nu Nederland op de Libische staatstelevisie is beschuldigd van spionage is voor de drie in Libië gevangengenomen militairen een andere rechtspositie ontstaan. Volgens het internationale recht hebben zij recht op rechtsbijstand. Dat zegt hoogleraar internationaal recht Geert-Jan Knoops vrijdag.

Het is daarom zaak dat het ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken snel tot actie overgaat, stelt Knoops. Hij wijst erop dat de Nederlandse ambassade in Tripoli nog altijd bemand is, zodat deze onmiddellijk aanspraak kan maken op rechtsbijstand voor de militairen.

Welke straf op spionage staat in Libië weet Knoops niet. Maar ongetwijfeld gevangenisstraf, aldus Knoops. Op andere delicten - hoogverraad, moord en het trachten het bewind omver te werpen - staat in het land de doodstraf.

De Libische staatstelevisie meldde vrijdag dat de marinehelikopter zondag spionnen wilde droppen of oppikken. Dat werd gesteld in beelden die vrijdag te zien waren in het actualiteitenprogramma Nieuwsuur. Ook werd er in de uitzending gesproken van samenzwering.

De drie bemanningsleden zitten sinds zondag vast in Libië. Zij werden opgepakt nadat ze in de buurt van de Libische stad Sirte waren geland met een Lynxhelikopter om twee evacués op te halen, onder wie een Nederlander. De helikopter was opgestegen van het fregat Hr. Ms. Tromp, dat sinds een week voor de kust van Libië ligt.

Misschien bij bomb. met (veel) burgerslachtoffers en wanneer o.a. de arb.liga er achter staat. Hoewel je dan nog met rusland en china blijft zitten.
