Er bestaat dus een NWO handleiding. Een kopie van dit geschrift die in 1969 werd gevonden, was in het bezit van de Marine Intelligence service. Het onderstaande document, gedateerd op mei 1979, werd op 7 juli 1986 aangetroffen op de glasplaat van een tweedehands IBM kopieermachine. Het document beschrijft tot in detail hoe men de NWO tot stand wil gaan brengen.
Samengevat komt de inhoud van deze gruwelijke handleiding tot een stille oorlog tegen de burgers van de wereld op het volgende neer: ”De ervaring heeft geleerd dat de meest simpele manier om een geluidloos wapen en de controle van het publiek zeker te stellen, is om hen enerzijds ongedisciplineerd te houden en onwetend van basale systeemprincipes; en om hen anderzijds tegelijkertijd verward en ongeorganiseerd te houden, en bovendien afgeleid door niet ter zake doende aangelegenheden.
Dit wordt bereikt door:
1. het afleiden van hun gedachten; het saboteren van hun mentale activiteit; het presenteren van een openbaar onderwijsprogramma van slechte kwaliteit in wiskunde, systeemontwerp en economie, naast het ontmoedigen van technische creativiteit;
2. het afleiden van hun emoties, het kweken van genotzucht, en het bevredigen van emotionele en fysieke activiteiten door:
a. onophoudelijke emotionele barrages en aanvallen (mentale en emotionele verkrachtingen) via een constante aanvoer van seks, geweld en oorlog in de media, in het bijzonder op televisie en in de dagbladen;
b. ’junkfood voor gedachten’: in overdreven mate aan hen geven wat ze willen; en aan hen onthouden wat ze in essentie nodig hebben;
c. het herschrijven van de geschiedenis en van de wetten, en het publiek aan deze afwijkende creaties blootstellen; daarmee hun denken afleiden van hun persoonlijke behoeften en deze richten naar hogelijk kunstmatig gecreëerde, buiten henzelf gelegen prioriteiten.
Hiermee voorkomen we hun belangstelling voor, en hun ontdekking van de stille wapens van de sociale automatiseringstechnologie. De vuistregel daarbij is dat er profijt kan worden behaald in verwarring. Hoe meer verwarring, des te meer profijt. Deze tekst viert de 25e verjaardag van de Derde Wereldoorlog. Het wordt de Stille Oorlog
genoemd en er wordt gevochten via persoonlijke biologische oorlogvoering met geruisloze
wapens.
Dit boek bevat een inleidende beschrijving van deze oorlog, zijn strategieën en zijn wapens.

Het is beslist onmogelijk om sociale engineering of het automatiseren van de samenleving
te bespreken, d.w.z. het ontwikkelen van geautomatiseerde systemen (geruisloze wapens) op
een nationale of internationale schaal, zonder uitgebreide doelen te suggereren van sociale
controle en vernietiging van menselijk leven. Dit heet met andere woorden slavernij en
genocide.
Deze handleiding is op zichzelf een geschreven verklaring van intentie. Een dergelijk
geschrift moet voor het publieke oog verborgen blijven. Anders kan het worden herkend als
een technisch formele oorlogsverklaring aan het volk. Bovendien, als een persoon of
groepering in een machtspositie verkeert en met volledige kennis en volmacht van het volk
een dergelijke wetenschap gebruikt tezamen met de methodiek voor economische
verovering, moet duidelijk zijn dat er een staat van oorlog bestaat tussen deze persoon of
groep, en het volk.
De oplossing voor de huidige problemen ligt in een aanpak die gruwelijk simpel is zonder
rekening te houden met religieuze, morele of culturele waarden.
U hebt zich voor dit project gekwalificeerd omdat u het vermogen hebt om met koele
objectiviteit naar de samenleving te kijken, en u tegelijkertijd uw waarnemingen en
conclusies kunt delen met deelgenoten van gelijke intellectuele capaciteit zonder discretie
en waardigheid te verliezen. Deze kwaliteiten worden uitgeoefend voor uw eigen bestwil.

Historische Introductie
Geruisloze wapentechnologie is voortgekomen uit “Operation Research (O.R.). Een
strategische en tactische methodologie die ontwikkeld is tijdens het militaire regiem van
Engeland tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog. Het basisbeginsel van “Operation Research”
bestond uit de bestudering van strategische en tactische problemen van de lucht- en
landdefensie met als doel om de beperkte militaire middelen effectief te benutten tegen
buitenlandse vijanden ( d.w.z. logistiek).
Het werd al snel bij diegene in een machtspositie duidelijk, dat dezelfde methoden gebruikt
konden worden om de bevolking in zijn geheel te controleren. Er waren echter betere
instrumenten nodig.
Sociale engineering ( het analyseren en automatiseren van de samenleving) heeft de
onderlinge samenhang nodig van zeer veel en steeds veranderlijke economische informatie
(data).
Hiervoor is een geautomatiseerd dataverwerkingssysteem nodig, die vooruit kan lopen op de
samenleving en kan voorspellen op welk tijdstip ze rijp zal zijn voor capitulatie.
Relay computers waren te langzaam, maar de elektronische computer die in 1946
uitgevonden werd door J. Presper Eckert en John W. Mauchly was de oplossing.
De volgende doorbraak was de ontwikkeling van de “simplex methode” voor lineair
programmeren in 1947 door de wiskundige George B. Dantzig.
Toen in 1948 de transistor uitgevonden werd door J. Bardeen, W.H. Brattain en W. Shockley
beloofde dit een bredere toepassing van de computer door de verlaagde eisen aan ruimte en
stroomvoorziening.
Met deze drie uitvindingen onder hun regie was het voor degene in de machtspositie
duidelijk geworden dat het mogelijk was om de hele wereld te beheersen met een druk op de
knop.
Onmiddellijk stapte de Rockefeller Foundation hierin door een studiebeurs te creëren op de
Harvard College die hun economische studie naar de structuur van de Amerikaanse
economie financieel ondersteunde. Een jaar daarna, in 1949, nam ook de Amerikaanse
Luchtmacht hieraan deel.
In 1952 eindigde het eerste gouden tijdperk en de elite vergaderde op hoog niveau om de
volgende fase te bepalen van het Social Operations onderzoek. Het project van Harvard had
reeds zijn vruchten afgeworpen zoals in 1953 in de publicatie van enkele resultaten werd
verkondigd. Hierin werd de haalbaarheid van economische ( sociale) manipulatie

De nieuwe Stille Oorlogsmachine, ontworpen in de tweede helft van de jaren ’40, stond in
1954 spreekwoordelijk als vergulde hardware te blinken in de showroom.
Met de creatie van de “Maser”in 1954, leek de sleutel gevonden te zijn voor de
ongelimiteerde energiebron van atoomfusie met “zware waterstof” in zeewater. De
resulterende beschikbaarheid van een ongelimiteerde sociale kracht leek nog maar enkele
decennia verwijderd.
De combinatie was onweerstaanbaar.
Tijdens een bijeenkomst in 1954 werd door de internationale elite de stille oorlog geruisloos
verklaard.
Alhoewel de geruisloze wapens bijna 13 jaar later werden ontmaskerd, heeft de
ontwikkeling van het nieuwe wapensysteem nooit noemenswaardige tegenslagen
ondervonden.
Deze publicatie viert de 25e verjaardag van het begin van de Stille Oorlog. Nu al heeft deze
burgeroorlog al op verscheidene fronten in de wereld vele overwinningen behaald.

Tja volgens mij zijn er hier genoeg mensen die dit document al wel kennen. Of het echter niet gewoon een hoax is, dat weet ik niet. Iemand met teveel tijd kan natuurlijk zo'n document zelf wel verzinnen om mensen lekker angst aan te jagen. Zaken die er in zijn beschreven komen wel dicht bij de huidige realiteit.

BLUEPRINT FOR SATANIC SUBVERSION
Dated May 1979, "Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars" (Technical Manual SW7905.1) was found in 1986 in an IBM copier that had been purchased at a surplus sale.
It is the product of a discipline called "Operations Research" developed during WWII to attack enemy populations using tools of social engineering and psychological warfare.
According to the document, the "international elite" decided in 1954 to wage a "quiet war" against the American people with the goal of shifting wealth from "the irresponsible many" into the hands of the "responsible and worthy few."
"In view of the law of natural selection it was agreed that a nation or world of people who will not use their intelligence are no better than animals who do not have intelligence. Such people are beasts of burden and steaks on the table [sic] by choice and consent."
The goal was to establish an economy, which is "totally predictable and manipulatable." The masses will have to be "trained and assigned a yoke...from a very early age..."
To achieve such conformity, the "family unit must be disintegrated by a process of increasing preoccupation of the parents and the establishment of government operated daycare centers for the occupationally orphaned children."
This is accomplished through "silent weapons" (propaganda and social engineering) applied in the media and schools.
"When the silent weapon is applied gradually, the public adjusts...until the pressure becomes too great and they crack up...Therefore the silent weapon is a type of biological warfare.... It attacks ...their sources of natural and social energy and their physical, mental and emotional strengths..."
Although not mentioned by name, the silent weapon here is Feminism, which promotes lesbianism while posing as the defender of women.
The document says the father must be "house broken." The advertising media see to it that he is "pussy whipped" and "taught that he either conforms...or his sex life will...be zero." The female is "ruled by emotion first and logic second...too starry eyed to see [her child will be] a wealthy man's cannon fodder or a cheap source of slave labor."
The writer concludes, "This mindless school of jelly fish, father, mother, son and daughter, becomes useful beasts of burden..."
" DIVERSION THE PRIMARY STRATEGY"
The document speaks of "gaining control of the public" by keeping them "undisciplined, ignorant, confused, disorganized and distracted."
" Keep the public diverted away from "the real social issues and captivated by matters of no importance." "Sabotage their mental activities" by a "constant barrage of sex, violence and wars in the media" i.e. "mental and emotional rape."
Give them "junk food for thought" and deprive them of what they really need," especially a sound education. "Keep the public entertainment below the sixth-grade level."
"Work: Keep the public busy, busy, busy with no time to think; back on the farm with the other animals."
"Destroy the faith of the American people in each other."
The general rule: "there is profit in confusion; the more confusion, the more profit. Therefore the best approach is to create problems and then offer solutions."
"THE WELFARE STATE AS STRATEGIC WEAPON"
The public wants the government to "perpetuate their dependency role of childhood. Simply put, they want a human god to eliminate all risk from their life, pat them on the head, kiss their bruises, put a chicken on every dinner table...tuck them in and tell them everything will be alright...."
The "human god" is the politician who promises the world and delivers nothing. This public behavior is "surrender born of fear, laziness, and expediency. It is the basis of the welfare state as a strategic weapon, useful against a disgusting public."
The public's lack of resistance is a sign that it "is ripe for surrender and is consenting to enslavement and legal encroachment. A good ...indicator of harvest time is the number of public citizens who pay income tax despite an obvious lack of reciprocal or honest service from the government."
EXAMPLES OF SILENT WEAPONS
People may object that this document is yet another forgery. However, people who are conscious can see that this blueprint already has been executed.
The promotion of homosexuality under the guise of "tolerance" and "equality" is an example of the silent weapon.
The equation of homosexual marriage with heterosexual marriage is a brazen denial of the uniqueness of heterosexuality. While they blather about human rights, they viciously attack the health and happiness of 97% of the population.
The difference between heterosexuality and homosexuality is one word: children. Homosexuals do not have biological children. Becoming parents is an essential step in heterosexual development. This requires that we form a permanent bond that is unique to us. (see "Relearning Heterosexual Love")
Homosexuals could have a special class of marriage with all the same rights and responsibilities. But they are used to confuse the majority so we don't bond and suffer arrested development as a result. (See "Canada Redefines Marriage" )
Feminism is another example. By denying healthy natural heterosexual roles, women usurp the place of men as providers and have few or no children, often as single parents. Men become redundant or "wives." Family is destroyed and society destabilized.

The mass media and education mislead, manipulate, distract and deform. "Mental and emotional rape," they call it. While we have material plenty, our minds and souls are starved for truth.
We are conditioned to think about trivia or evade reality altogether. No coverage or debate is given to the insidious progress of world government and the erosion of national independence.
Because there will be no meaningful nationhood or democracy, the young are not taught history or civic virtues. Sex is promoted as a lifelong obsession. Pornography is rampant. We are not supposed to have mature concerns, such as the sort of world our children will inherit.
When was the last time you saw a movie that taught or inspired you? That contained recognizable human situations and emotions? That addressed the real issues we face? That warmed your heart and made you glad to be alive? When did a movie present a hero you could adopt as a role model?
Mankind has the intelligence to create a wonderful world. We are being sabotaged. Satan's disciples are responsible for the murder of scores of Presidents and other leaders, for depression, genocide and war including the bogus "Cold War" and it's successor the "War on Terror." All wars are against humanity organized by this satanic cult.
Their headquarters is Chatham House in London and their branch office is at Pratt House in NYC. We call ourselves "progressive", but that is another example of doublespeak. The "progress" is being made by the Illuminati.
While man was made in God's image, human life was Sacred. When we agreed God was dead, we became expendable. That's why the author of "Silent Wars" can refer to us as "beasts of burden" and use the "Darwinian struggle" to justify enslavement and genocide.
Satan is not content to destroy us physically. He has a wager with God. Are we made in God's image or not? In order to win, he needs to prove we are nothing but dumb animals.
Lack of resistance signifies our acquiescence. We have been "progressively" demoralized and lulled. We must shake off our stupor and show that we are not jelly fish but men who will fight for our Divine birthright.
This is a battle humanity can never evade. The longer it is postponed the harder it will be to win.

Ik ben dat met je eens. Toch vind ik het nogal aansluiten bij wat we zien gebeuren op deze aardbol en dus wil ik dit zeker niet afdoen als bullshit. In the winter of 1974, I was going through some math books while researching a math problem (I think a problem on cubic equations), when I referred to my old college textbook College Algebra, by Lyman M. Kells of the US Naval Academy (1956 or 1958). I came across the footnote in that book and noticed that they exactly corresponded to the ideas in Report from Iron Mountain. I had discovered the mathematical methodology of the Silent Weapons System, and I had the key to finding more information on the subject. I located Studies in the Structure of the American Economy at the Multnomah County library in Portland, Oregon...
SWFQW is a collage, an overlay and paste-up of the works and words of many authors. I was the author only in the sense that I compiled and linked the gems of other writers. The book is not a hoax. Wassily W. Leontief proved the content of SWFQW by his article in the September 1980 issue of Scientific American, entitled "the world Economy in the Year 2000." Leontief was the father of the Silent Weapons System, and was awarded the 1973 Nobel Prize in Economics long after his creation (1948) became recognized by the elite to be a weapon (1965)....
The work on SWFQW began about October 1978 and was published in December 1979. Initially, about 65 copies of the book were sent out to various people and organizations. I do not know what happened to most of the copies, but I can fairly well account for one of them, which was given out by hand in early 1980. It was given to a military person, who was late for duty (or was going to be late), at McChord AFB in the state of Washington. He was hitchhiking through Vancouver on I-5 in uniform. Even though I was traveling in my own locality, I drove him to McChord (a two hour trip each way). On the way, I told him about the book SWFQW, and when he stepped out of the car to go onto the base I handed him a copy. I did not make any further general effort to publicize SWFQW until after 1986. I did give out copies to local friends between 1979 and 1986.
In November 1986, the America's Promise Newsletter (APN) ran an advertisement for SWFQW. It claimed that a Boeing Aircraft employee bought a surplus copy machine at auction from McChord AFB and inside it he found a copy of SWFQW. It was very probably the copy that I gave to the hitchhiker. The Boeing employee passed the book along to the APN of Phoenix, AZ. From that time on SWFQW got the attention it deserved. It was a wake-up call to America, and perhaps even the world, if we can believe Leontief's Scientific American (Sept. 1980) article, "The World Economy in the Year 2000", wherein he says that by the year 1973, the year he received the Nobel Prize in Economics, sixty nations were already using his system to analyze their economies.

Als je een voorbeeld wilt hebben van walgelijke manipulatie moet je niet bij een geheime orde van illuminatie zijn. The Axe Effect reclame campagne laten goed zien hoe achterlijk mensen zijn. Pubers spuiten zich massaal onder met die troep omdat het idee in hun hersenen is geplant dat ze dan kunnen neuken. Zo simpel werkt en ook niet zo heel veel ingewikkelder dan dat. Maak het ingewikkelder of subtieler en het effect wordt kleiner. Vergelijk de effectiviteit van die campagne met de kansloosheid van de postbus 51 propaganda.
Als je mensen wilt manipuleren moet je zo hard mogelijk in rammen op hun primitieve drijfveren.
Sex, vraatzucht en (irrationele) emoties. Daarom werken die complotfilmpjes ook zo goed op mensen die daar gevoelig voor zijn.
Ze werken puur op de emoties. Ze brengen geen bewijzen maar ze brengen het gevoel over dat er iets niet pluis is. Als mensen een algemeen gevoel hebben dat er iets niet pluis is dan zijn ze makkelijk te manipuleren met complottheorieën die daarop inwerken. Alle complotpropaganda neemt zulke mensen in een emotionele houdgreep. Feiten doen er dan niet meer toe. Dat noem ik nog eens een silent weapon.
