ik heb al tot zover ik me kan bedenken -ben nu 15-, groen/witte aanslag bedekt over mijn hele tong. en ik ga er dus ongelooflijk van uit me mond stinken. ik schraap nu al zo'n 2 jaar me tong, maar dit helpt simpelweg gewoon niet.
het is echt heel moeilijk weg te krijgen, en als het na letterlijk 10 minuten schrapen echt weg is, heb ik een ongelooflijk zere tong van het schrapen, en is het na een hele dag toch weer terug!
ook is me hygiëne verder gewoon goed, ik poets altijd goed me tanden en dergelijke..
ik weet er gewoon geen raad meer mee, is er iemand die er wel raad mee weet?
