nou echt technisch is een groot woord... Complete gutmann uitlaat, met Devil demper, en een Carbon cold air-intake. Niet echt vermogens tuning dus. ![]() Veel optisch, CF kap, CF Spoiler, CF Booskijkers voor en achter, later nog CF F1 spiegels, 18inch, rondom dikkere remmen (DNX), schroefset, Kicker audio etc... hij moest er helaas uit om een huis te kunnen kopen, ging wat teveel geld in zitten ![]() Nu rij ik hierin: ![]() | |

Helemaal niets. Maar ze doen het toch omdat dat nou eenmaal gebruikelijk en functioneel is bij de échte vette auto's waar ze op willen lijken. Het werk dat in die eerste auto zit is echt mooi gedaan, maar waarom in godsnaam dan op zo'n auto?!?! Wat is het, een Astra toch? Doet me een beetje denken aan die makeover programma's waar ze een tokkiegedrocht iets minder lelijk maken. Uiteindelijk blijft het een gedrocht.... Maarja smaken verschillen natuurlijk, zo kan je alles wel goedpraten, gaap. | |

Ook hierbij echter kanttekeningen ![]() Achterwielen zitten te krap in de kasten.. mag iets meer ruimte zitten van mij.. felrode achterlichten vind k er niet bij passen (donkere, 'sombere' auto, felle lampen)... Mag dus ietsje 'hoger' staan; maar das centimeterwerk. Achterwielen staan te breed.. Dan had achter een meer widebody moeten zitten, of voor ook meer laten 'uitsteken'... Never worry about a vacuum hose blowing off or creating a leak! Only the best components used! Engine brace: Custom TRD Engine brace, painted with color changing harlequin paint, with integrated engine brace/shock for ultra strong triangulated bracing. This allows for use of TRD engine mounts which still have vibration and shock absorption properties as opposed to rigid solid motor mounts that send all of that vibration through the chassis. Air Conditioning and Heat is fully operational, this is a true street car with all amenities. Heat wrap and HPC (high temperature ceramic coating) is used throughout engine bay in all critical areas: Water pipes, turbo kit, exhaust parts, water lines, oil lines, vacuum lines, brake lines, etc. have all been wrapped and/or coated in areas of high heat. Cooling system: Fluidyne radiator, polished TRD Low temp thermostat Flex a lite electric fans with custom CNC’d mounting brackets that are visible in some pics have been removed and replaced with a BRAND NEW factory fan, clutch, shroud, and more. The stock fan flows the highest CFM of air and is battle proven in areas of the US and middle east that reach over 120+ degrees Fahrenheit. Electric fans were used in the current configuration because it is never that hot in New Mexico and it creates a cleaner appearance in the engine bay. Water lines from head that fed factory intake and throttle body are no longer used and have been welded up. Custom aluminum polished radiator overflow Tank Radiator and Front mount intercooler custom air deflector plates, polished Greddy Remote mount oil cooler mounted in drivers side air duct for maximum cooling, runs all braided stainless lines and fittings. Custom Black silicone upper radiator pipe that will never leak unlike rigid metal units New OEM modified lower radiator pipe Modified lower water pump outlet Water line from water pump that passes under turbo manifold and feeds the heater core, head, etc. is fully custom and has been completely HPC heat coated in Silver to lower temps and protect from manifold heat soak. New modified water pump setup for dual ball bearing turbo with –6AN outlets Breather system/Heat shield: Custom valve cover crank case breather system fabricated off of the back of the valve covers. –12AN fittings welded and fabricated on. That’s right, -12AN, we don’t mess around.. J Custom internal valve cover baffles to accommodate the rear mounted breather fittings. Custom breather box is hidden and built into the brake system heat shield on passenger side of engine bay. Uses high heat, -12AN soft black fiber wrapped breather lines with –12AN fittings. Uses a K&N breather filter on breather box. Heat shield is designed to keep heat away from sensitive brake components and pressure sensors for boost and boost controller are discreetly mounted and hidden underneath the cover as well. Fully polished aluminum custom made shield/breather tank. Turbo Kit: Custom 1 of a kind Garret/Tial Hybrid Turbo. Dual Ball Bearing 81mm turbo with a fully custom 1.28 exhaust housing. Divided twin scroll exhaust housing, T4, fully HPC coated in black. Custom machined 42R Garrett compressor housing to conceal larger turbo and still fit in the confines of the supra engine bay. Custom stainless braided water lines to turbo, heat wrapped with ultra high temp shielding using –6an lines Compressor housing was machined, extended, fabricated and welded to utilize a 3” silicone coupler that is easy to access and wont blow off. Compressor housing is fully polished. Custom Oil feed to turbo, Stainless braided Teflon spun line with ultra high temp heat shielding. –4AN line Custom oil return with stainless braided line –10AN, heat wrapped with ultra high temp heat wrap. Custom Full Race/PRE exhaust manifold/turbo header. Fully HPC coated in black. Twin scroll T-4 exhaust header for maximized torque, spool, and power. Twin Tial Wastegates. 44mm with custom dump tubes, fully HPC coated in black AND heat wrapped for maximum efficiency. Wastegate housings are Tial Black to blend with engine bay. All waste gate lines are run with Stainless braided teflun spun race hosing using -AN fittings throughout. All wastegate hoses are then covered in ultra high temp heat shielding for added protection. True 5 inch intake pipe that has been powder coated silver. 5 inch K&N race filter All black high temp silicone couplers throughout turbo system. Front mount intercooler: Greddy 4 row with true 3.5” outlet on intake side to match intercooler piping and throttle body so there is no pressure loss or restriction. Fabricated and welded for perfect fit, then ported internally for proper flow. All black high temp silicone couplers used throughout. Polished intercooler and piping. Blow off valves: Twin Tial Black 50mm Blow off valves, running stainless braided Teflon spun lines with AN fittings that will never blow off. Intake Manifold: Hypertune intake manifold with removable runners 3.5” Hypertune throttle body.
