Deze laatste zin is sowieso raar.. Je haalt twee dingen door elkaar namelijk de kosten (download en telefoonkosten) en wat krijgen ze dan precies te zien in dat scherm? Deze zin moet anders. Ik zou iets doen als 'Only the use of your mobile phone and costs of the download will be charged'.

Eerst zeg je dat er geen additional costs zijn, en daarna ga je specificeren welke andere kosten er nog zijn (aan de telefoonmaatschappij)
