Ik heb een ( verschikkelijke!) HP E.327 digitale camera, zo;n 2 jaar oud en het is een simpel ding.
Vanaf het begin fotograffeerd deze erg "oranje" de kleuren zijn niet mooi en ik moet deze altijd aanpassen, maar dan blijven deze niet staan in de camera want bij het uitschakelen gaan ze automatisch terug naar de standaart opstelling en die kleuren zijn dus erg overbelicht.
Via HP werd gezegt dat de filmware niet ok is en dat ik via een bestandje ( gekregen) deze moet updaten. Maar ik snap er gene hol van. Loop vast op het volgende punt: Ik krijg het bestand niet naar mijn computer
Kan iemand mij vertellen hoe dit moet, iemand ervaring?

PC: The camera can now be viewed as a "Removable Disk" drive using Windows Explorer. Copy the downloaded firmware file from the folder where they were uncompressed (step 2 above) to the camera by dragging and dropping them onto the "Removable Disk" drive. Make sure the file is copied to the root of the "Removable Disk" drive and not into any subfolders.
Mac: The camera can now be viewed as a removable volume named "HP E327" on the Desktop. Copy the downloaded firmware file from the folder where they were uncompressed (step 2 above) to the camera by dragging them onto the removable volume. Make sure the file is copied to the root of the " HP E327" volume and not into any subfolders.
IMPORTANT: Please wait to make sure that the file is copied completely before proceeding to the next step.
6. Camera removal from your PC or Mac:
PC: Turn the camera off and disconnect the camera from the PC.
Mac: Drag the volume named "HP E327" to the Trash. Turn the camera off and disconnect the camera from the Mac.
Update Firmware.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT press ANY buttons until during the firmware updating!
Insert a fully charged battery and the memory card with the firmware into the camera.
Hold the Shutter button down while powering on the camera. (The shutter button is located on the top of the camera next to the Video button.)
At this point the power LED located at the back of the camera should be on solid for approximately ten seconds. After this, the power LED will start blinking, indicating that the update has completed.
Turn the camera off. The firmware update is finished.

Conclusie ik heb nu V.1.10 en ik moet filmware V.1.12 erop hebben. Maar ik snap dat slepen niet, hoe sleep ik dat bestand naar mijn camera. Via welk tussenbestand moet ik dit doen?

welk kaartje?? als ik mijn camera via de usb kabel aansluit vraagt ie alleen wil je foto's uploaden, in heb gebprobeerd het bestand in dit venster te droppen ( meerdere malen) via de eigenschappen gekeken maar ik krijg het er niet op. Welk kaartje bedoel je?

Die heb ik niet, ik heb geen kaartje omdat ik deze er niet heb bij gekocht, En volgens HP kan het ook zonder het kaartje.
Erg vervelend, want ik heb meerdere malen bij HP aangegeven dat ik geen memory card heb en geen bal ervan begrijp hoe ik dat bestandje moet overbrengen op mijn camera. Dus ik heb juist wel een memory card nodig voor het overbrengen? Dat verklaard meteen een hele hoop ge-irriteer. Als ik de memory card erin stop dan opent ie de disk voor het overbrengen van de nieuwe filmware.
Tjaaaa....wat een sukkel hij zei; maakt niet uit dat je geen memory card hebt...

Ik begrijp dus dat je camera eigen geheugen heeft.
Als je nu eens de windowsverkenner opent? Daarin moet dan de camera ook staan als "verwisselbare harde schijf" of "verwisselbare media" ofzo.
Als je die opent, zit je direct in de bovenste map, en daar ozu je dat bestandje heen moeten kopieren.

Probeer het eerst via een geheugenkaart heb zojuist via wehkamp de sandisk 2gb. voor 7 euro gekocht.

I know, en ik las dat dit ook de kwaliteit zal verbeteren. Deze geheugenkaart past in elke camera? type maakt verder niets uit?
