With her former No. 1 single "Womanizer" at No. 10 on the Hot 100, Spears places two tracks simultaneously in that chart's top 10 for the first time in her career.

Back on The Billboard 200, Taylor Swift's Big Machine album "Fearless" stays put at No. 2 for a second week with 193,000 copies, a 28% sales decline. Beyonce's "I Am ... Sasha Fierce" (Music World/Columbia) ascends 4-3 with a 41% downturn to 153,000. Last week's chart-topper, Kanye West's Roc-A-Fella/Def Jam set "808s & Heartbreak," slips to No. 4 on a 69% dip to 142,000.

Bedreigingen
Lutfi zou hebben geprobeerd via een kapper van Britney contact met haar te krijgen. Daarnaast zou hij via een advocaat van de zangeres een ontmoeting hebben willen regelen. Ook zou hij Jamie via telefoontjes en sms'jes hebben bedreigd. Het is niet de eerste keer dat Lutfi van de rechter uit de buurt van Britney moet blijven. In juli liep een eerder straatverbod tegen de voormalige manager van Britney af. Op 23 februari vindt een zitting plaats in de zaak.

As we mentioned earlier, Britney Spears has reportedly threatened to cancel her much-anticipated Circus tour if her kids can't go on the road with her.

So BritBrit, Daddy Spears, and even Kevin Federline have been working on an arrangement to have the kids with her while touring. They'd even pay the sperm donor an extra $4,000 a week while she's on tour and provide an apartment for him in three base camps that Spears will have around the U.S. while touring.

However, K-Fed's lawyers got pissed that they weren't part of the conversations and had no clue about the dealings. They were objecting the proposed arrangement - most likely because they weren't able to bleed more money from Britney.

Now, K-Fat's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is speaking out and he claims the situation could have been handled better if Jamie and the Spears camp would have "manned up" and spoken to K-Fed with his attorneys present.

Of course, his attorneys would have probably asked for $8,000 a week!

K-Fed's people say that they'll re-word the deal, but will likely make it work.
