While his looks may be deceiving, Cade is not your typical good ol' boy. The handsome Cade is a smooth talking southerner known for boasting about his intentions and then delivering on the goods.

Together with Trevor Murdoch, Cade came to Raw in September 2005. Almost immediately, the pair became World Tag Team Champions with a victory at Unforgiven. With a successful blend of sweet and sour, the duo seemed unstoppable.

Their harmony didn't last forever; they split up amicably and remained allies throughout their tenure as singles competitors. Soon enough, their paths crossed again, and the Southern duo once again rejoined Raw's tag team division.

Murdoch proclaimed it was just the beginning for the re-formed team, warning that when you make rednecks angry, bad things happen. Unfortunately for him, this was true, and when Cade became angry with their losing streak, a bad thing did happen. Cade turned on his friend, punching Murdoch out.

Since venturing out as a singles competitor, Cade has found himself under the wing of Chris Jericho and Jericho's new mindset in WWE, even joining the first-ever Undisputed Champion's moral battle against his former mentor Shawn Michaels. Will his alliance with Jericho see Cade rise to new heights, and perhaps find him holding singles gold sooner rather than later?

Montel Vontavious Porter, also known as MVP, became SmackDown's gem acquisition on September 27, 2006, when then General Manager Theodore Long and Porter came to a lucrative contract agreement. The press conference was shown exclusively on WWE.com.

Signing Porter was not easy. Despite the fact that he had yet to step in a SmackDown ring, MVP was hyped by his agents as "the most talented free agent in the game," and he was in high demand from organizations all over the sports-entertainment world. Despite Long's requests, MVP made it clear that he wasn't getting in the ring until a contract was signed, because as MVP's saying goes, "no contract, no contact."

Porter is flashy and cocky, but he has been able to prove himself in the ring, winning multiple championships and defeating the likes of Kane, WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair and Batista along the way.

MVP soon found himself tag team champions with Matt Hardy, the No. 1 contender to his United States Championship. Although the pair were not the best of friends, they made very effective champions, even though MVP constantly insisted that he was the entire reason for their success. Unfortunately for Matt, MVP's true motive for partnering with him was to keep him from challenging him in singles competition. When Matt pushed the issue, MVP double-crossed him and caused Matt a serious injury, forcing him to leave SmackDown once again. Upon his return, Hardy not only cost MVP the Money in the Bank match at WrestleMania XXIV, but inevitability the United States Championship as well.

MVP main goal seems to constantly prove that he is better than anyone who steps in the ring with him. He is a smooth talker at the mic, as evident as MVP hosts the VIP Lounge on SmackDown, and a force to be reckoned with any time he steps between the ropes

Just by looking at him, you'd never guess that the seemingly laid-back Californian's biggest passion outside the ring has to do with speed and two wheels. But even before his in-ring days began, Palumbo was fascinated with building and riding motorcycles.

Don't let that reserved look fool you, and don't think for a second that Palumbo's mind is elsewhere when he's in the squared circle. Chuck is a master inside the ring as well, something many current and former WWE Superstars have found out the hard way.

First coming to prominence in WCW in 2000, Palumbo teamed with his fellow Natural Born Thrillers to capture the WCW Tag Team Championship four times in the promotion's final year of existence. Having moved to WWE following the acquisition of WCW, Palumbo is also a multiple-time World Tag Team Champion.

Palumbo left WWE in 2005, moving on to wrestle in Japan and Italy (as well as spend more time working on his motorcycle craft) before finally returning in 2007. And with both of his passions merged, Palumbo sees even clearer the similarities between the two.

"Wrestling is an art form, as is building motorcycles," he says. "You have to have a vision of what the end product is going to look like, then craft it with your hands."

Hopefully, Palumbo's biggest masterpiece in both fields is still ahead of him

Big Show made his in-ring debut in WCW where he left a massive impression as The Giant, and captured the WCW Championship on two occasions, along with the WCW Tag Team Titles. The Giant had an immediate impact in WCW, focusing his attention on some of the biggest icons in the industry, from Hulk Hogan to The "Nature Boy" Ric Flair.

In 1999, the mighty giant became a worldwide star upon signing with WWE. He continued to collide with Superstars of great renown and captured countless titles, including the WWE Championship. From "Stone Cold" Steve Austin to The Rock to Undertaker to Triple H, Big Show has battled and manhandled the top names in sports-entertainment.

Normally, William Regal is one of WWE's most smug and haughty Superstars. A distinguished Englishman, Regal finds most others crass and downright unworthy of his time. While presenting himself as a dignified man away from the ring, Regal is a sadistic mat wrestler inside the squared circle, taking great pleasure in torturing his adversaries with stiff strikes and brutal submission holds.

Learning the ropes as a young teenager, the native of Blackpool, England traveled across the United Kingdom wrestling as part of carnivals. Facing off against challengers from the carnival circuit as well as from the crowd, Regal quickly earned a reputation as a lethal opponent, with fists of iron and dozens of different holds to render his adversaries helpless. Always interested in sharpening his tools as a wrestler, Regal traveled across the world, winning several championships in Europe, the Middle East and Japan before landing in WCW in 1993. There, Regal held the WCW Television Championship on four occasions; he also nearly won the WCW Tag Team Championship on several occasions with Bobby Eaton and Squire David Taylor, and also had a memorable rivalry with Finlay that saw the Irish brawler break Regal's nose during a match in 1996. Regal came to WWE for a short time in 1998, but headed back to WCW shortly thereafter.

Regal finally hit it big when he returned to WWE in 2000. Less than a month after his return, Regal defeated Al Snow for the European Championship that October. In April 2001, he would defeat Snow again to earn a different title: WWE Commissioner. Regal earned several chances at the Intercontinental Championship that summer; he was unsuccessful, but after enlisting Tajiri as his assistant, Regal became a key figure in WWE's battle with the ECW/WCW Alliance.

The Englishman also used his class and wit to determine the week-to-week function of the entire Monday night roster as the General Manager of the Raw brand, keeping in line "pillicks" and competitors alike. Arguably his crowning achievement, however, was becoming really regal by winning the 2008 WWE King of the Ring Tournament. Ultimately, his misuse of authority - blackening arenas and cutting microphone feeds - came to an end when Mr. Kennedy defeated Regal in a Loser Gets Fired Match on the May 19 edition of Raw. But that wouldn't be the last of the cunning Englishman, who soon resurfaced on Monday nights, seeking competition as sports-entertainment's hottest "free agent."

True, games have always had dedicated audiences that were linked together by message boards, tin cans on string, etc., but now the merging of games and online functions is creating all sorts of ways for fans to get together and go nuts about their favs.

WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2009 is no exception. In addition to the usual online matches, SVR 09 is tossing in Highlight Reel, an option where you can record parts of your matches, save them, edit them together, and then upload the file for the world to see.

The feature seems like it'll be easy enough to use. Players will do something cool in their matches; pause the game; and have the option to watch the last 30 seconds of gameplay while changing camera angles, manually moving the point of view, and fast forwarding and rewinding at will. If you dig a 30-second spot, you can save the clip and continue the match -- saving other replays whenever you feel like it. When the match is over, you can jump into the Highlight Reel option and get to work on your masterpiece.

Once you're in the editing tool, you're going to have a handful of options at your fingertips. You can toss in multiple clips, put transitions between them, add effects such as slow motion and filters, and pipe in sounds that include music from your system's playlist. There will be editable graphics and logos, the ability to change camera angles here as well, and more. When it's all said and done, you can create a custom, virtual DVD Cover with different backgrounds, Superstar photos, graphics, and custom text. You can even create your own screenshots -- complete with graphics, filters and more -- in the editing tool.

You'll be able to save 20 of these movies, and yes, your created Superstars and finishers will be supported in this mode. When you think you've got squared-circle gold, you can upload your videos and/or screens and hop on the SVR server to download what the other rabid WWE fans have made.

His gene line reads something out of wrestling history; his grandfather was the legendary wrestler and promoter Gory Guerrero and his late uncle, Eddie Guerrero, is a name that will continue through the ages.

"Chavito" began his quest at an early age, often wrestling with Eddie during the intermissions of Gory's shows in Texas. After making his official in-ring debut in Mexico and traveling around the world, Chavo came to WCW in 1996, winning the Cruiserweight Championship twice during his time there.

Chavo came to WWE in 2001, and has won the Cruiserweight and Tag Team Championships multiple times. He fulfilled a life-long dream when he teamed with Eddie Guerrero to win the gold in 2002.

Following the tragic passing of Eddie in November 2005, Chavo has dedicated every match to his late uncle, and adopted Eddie's signature Frog Splash as his own finishing maneuver.

In 2008, the self-proclaimed "Mexican Warrior" aggressively pursued CM Punk's ECW Championship, leading Guerrero to winning the ECW Title. He has since remained a staple to ECW's roster. Now, with his association his bodyguard Bam Neely, he is more dangerous than ever.

No matter who he is with or against, Chavo is still realizing his destiny as a member of one of the most celebrated families in sports-entertainment history.

"He and I, we're like best friends, we're really close," Cody told WWE.com at the time. "So for us to be together – if ultimately he were to say, 'I don't want anything further to do with pro wrestling,' this would be a wonderful way to cap it off."

Now, with his father watching on, Cody Rhodes is thrilled to have an opportunity in WWE and show our fans that the legacy of the Dream lives on. The second-generation Superstar has already won championship gold twice, the first time obtaining the World Tag Team Championship with partner Hardcore Holly, and the second time turning on Holly with new partner and fellow wrestling scion, Ted DiBiase, to win the title again at Night of Champions.

Along with DiBiase, Cody Rhodes represents a new generation of Superstars that have the genetics, pride and confidence to go the distance. Rhodes has made his intentions clear: to make his own name in WWE, and he doesn't want anyone holding him back

Hardcore Holly is a man definitely deserving of his name.

Known as "The Alabama Slammer," he is as tough as they come and has been a mainstay in WWE for more than a decade. Brutalizing opponents with his gruff offensive attacks, Hardcore Holly earned his nickname during the era of the hardcore division in WWE. Even to this day, Holly still lives up to his hardcore reputation, punishing opponents with hard fists, hardcore brawling and his trademark Alabama Slam.

Channeling his anger as a tool in the ring, Holly has enjoyed great success. Just a year after his debut, Holly teamed with 1-2-3 Kid at the 1995 Royal Rumble to win a tournament for the World Tag Team Championship. Four years later, he won the World Tag Team Championship once again with Crash Holly.

He was extremely successful in the hardcore division as well, winning the Hardcore Championship six times during its active era. His toughness and no-nonsense attitude earned a slot as one of the trainers for MTV's Tough Enough 2, where he used his fists to teach several hopeful trainees about respect, hard work and paying your dues.

All of which serves to reinforce the Alabaman's grit. It's also why you don't get any respect in WWE unless you've beaten Hardcore Holly first.

The Brian Kendrick is one of the more unusual and eccentric young Superstars on SmackDown.

Kendrick has been working to make it in wrestling since he enrolled in the Shawn Michaels Wrestling Academy in the summer of 1999.

Since Kendrick was the smallest trainee at HBK's school, he tried to catch on with a company in Mexico or Japan, where size isn't necessarily as important as it is in the U.S. He also didn't have the standout amateur background that WWE officials covet. But Shawn Michaels — himself known for overcoming the odds — saw potential. With Michaels as a teacher (and unlimited amounts of fortitude and hard work), Kendrick gained momentum.

In 2004 he put his WWE dreams on hold to hone his skills. By doing so, he ensured that when he returned to competition he would be stronger, quicker and more fierce than before.

He again began to perfect his craft by traveling all over the world. By learning the strict Japenese wrestling dojos he continued to gain more experience.

Now, Kendrick will use that same determination to distinguish himself from WWE's other high-flying Superstars.

Kendrick holds the distinction of being the first Superstar to switch brands in successive years as a result of the WWE Supplemental Draft.

When it comes to exciting, high-flying wrestlers on Raw, Paul London immediately comes to mind. Only in his 20s, London has already acheived stardom in WWE, winning the WWE Tag Team and Cruiserweight Championships since his WWE debut in October 2003.

JBL was down to a 1980 Chevrolet step-side pickup truck and $27 in his bank account when he invested his energies toward a career in wrestling—and not opponents like the eight-foot, 800-pound brown bear he faced at a local cowboy bar on a college dare. Getting physical in the ring has netted JBL a career wealth of championships, while his "fiscal" approach to the stock market has made him a very bankable resource in shareholders' eyes. A devoted WWE fan his whole life, Mike "The Miz" Mizanin competed on the fourth season of "Tough Enough" in hopes of winning a contract to become a WWE Superstar. After finishing as the runner up, The Miz didn't give up on his dream and continued to train once the "Tough Enough" competition ended. The Miz was first introduced to TV audiences as one of the seven strangers on "The Real World: Back to New York," the 10th season of MTV's popular and groundbreaking reality show. Since then, The Miz has certainly made his rounds on the reality TV circuit. He's been on four seasons of the "Real World/Road Rules Challenge," "The Inferno," "The Gauntlet," "Battle of the Network Reality Stars," and recently as a competitor on a special edition of "Fear Factor."

Alongside John Morrison, The Miz won the WWE Tag Team Championship, defeating Montel Vontavious Porter & Matt Hardy on SmackDown. Since, the duo has dominated WWE's tag team division.

While she didn't win, our fans felt an immediate connection to her, and she quickly made her way to Raw as a backstage interviewer who wasn't afraid to ask any question, from the hard-hitting to the quirkily obvious. And of course, she looks great doing it, perhaps no more so than when Eugene doused her with chocolate milk after winning the World Tag Team Championship that year.

Since her debut in WWE, however, Maria's role has expanded by leaps and bounds. At first, she was tentative to step into the ring, but to this day she continues to learn the ropes and develop into an exciting and skilled performer. She also can be seen (or read, as it may be) lending her auto expertise to our fans in her very own WWE Magazine column every month. Another magazine our fans might be interested in perusing is the April 2008 issue of Playboy, in which Maria showed our fans what's under her hood, namely a racy chassis and va-va-voom curves.

If there's one other thing for sure about Maria, though, it's that while she radiates beauty, the girl her friends call "Boop" won't stop honing her craft until she wears the Women's gold around her waist. So watch out all you stars and studs in the locker room, because you never know when you're going to get your dose of Maria.

Growing up with Matt in the pinewoods of Cameron, North Carolina, 11-year-old Jeff—influenced by the likes of Ric Flair, the Fabulous Freebirds, and the Rockers—took a ramp he built for his bike and painted it to resemble an entrance stage for his "wrestling ring," the backyard trampoline. As he grew older, so did his desire to take greater risks, whether it was to feel the rush of executing hundred-foot-high triples on his motorcross bike, or jumping off the roof of his house as a member of the brothers' "Teenage Wrestling Federation." It was such fearlessness and desire that would bring the 16-year-old daredevil to World Wrestling Entertainment, and after several years catapult him to worldwide fame and main-event status, first as one-half of WWE's high-flying "Team Extreme," The Hardys, then in singles competition.

Though many of his paintings are abstract, this free spirit is a Rembrandt inside the ring, signing his name not with the traditional paintbrush or pen, but with wildly unorthodox, high-impact maneuvers off top ropes and 20-foot ladders. His credo is simple: to create, then surpass his creation.

Unfortunately, most true artists must sink to their lowest point before attaining their greatest heights. For Jeff, the wear-and-tear of living life on the road would help prompt him to leave WWE in 2003. But after a three-year personal journey of refocusing his passion and energies, he now finds himself "in a positive place…and that's what motivates me." Since returning to WWE in August 2006, this reinspired risk-taker has gone back to creating the art he loves most—entertaining WWE fans in arenas around the world. And his most extreme masterpiece awaits.

Matt came to the WWE in 1998 as a tag team specialist, teaming up with his brother Jeff to form the appropriately named The Hardys. While severely undersized, The Hardy's outstanding chemistry and unmatched heart carried them to stardom. The Hardys went on to become five-time World Tag Team Champions in WWE before breaking up in 2002.

In 2003, shortly after joining the SmackDown roster, Matt Hardy pursued the Cruiserweight Championship. After struggling for weeks to make the weight limit, Hardy defeated Kidman for the Championship at No Way Out '03.

After he won the title, Hardy endured an up and down rivalry with Rey Mysterio. Hardy got the best of Rey Mysterio in a controversial Championship match at WrestleMania 19. A month later however, Mysterio got his revenge, defeating Hardy for the Cruiserweight Championship on SmackDown.

THQ officially announces that the wrestlers will be downloadable via Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. The three superstars virtual inaugurate this feature will be Jamie Noble, Gregory Helms and Vladimir Kozlov from November 11!

The new game mode "Road to WrestleMania" does at the moment that CM Punk, Undertaker, Chris Jericho, John Cena, Triple H, Batista and Rey Mysterio. But that hide these 7 guys here will be joined as early as December by ... Edge and Randy Orton! Who will receive them the opportunity to be part of this mode.

A new mode of game SvR2009!
