Zij hebben het volste recht om alternatieve vormen van energie te exploreren en daarbij hebben ze nog recht op hulp ook. Als je bij ze in de keuken wil kijken moet de VS dat ook toelaten dat anderen bij hen in de keuken mee mogen kijken.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enriched_uranium
