Doctor Who & Torchwood #6 - Alone, he's the Doctor...

Ja, dat is een idee. Het liefst voor op FOK! en voor alle programma's, maar dat duurt effe.

Och. We hebben nog twee afleveringen Torchwood en dertien afleveringen Doctor Who, en dan is het weer rustig tot kerstmis.

Ik wil wel voor de OP van topic #7 een mooi overzichtje maken (en bijhouden) als er meer definitiefs bekend is over het schema van DWS4.

Ergens komende week is de launch party voor seizoen 4. Net als vorig jaar wordt deze georganiseerd door een PR-bureau dat de launch van vorig jaar in hun portfolio heeft gezet. Misschien leuk om te lezen als je je verveelt.

Nee, ze zitten al vol en het is UK-only.

Doctor Who Programmagids-ding

Als je er trek in hebt kun je de komende week de Christmas Specials opnieuw bekijken. BBC Three zendt ze uit als aanloop naar seizoen 4.

› The Christmas Invasion: dinsdag, 21.00 - 22.00 uur
› The Runaway Bride: woensdag, 21.00 - 22.00 uur
› Voyage of the Damned: donderdag, 21.00 - 22.15 uur

Donderdag vervolgt Three met de Doctor Who Confidential die bij Voyage of the Damned hoort. Vrijdag 4 april zijn David Tennant en Catherine Tate te gast bij Jonathan Ross rond half twaalf op BBC One. Woensdag 2 april zijn ze te gast bij de ochtendshow van Scott Mills op Radio 1, tussen 7.30 en 11 (vermoedelijk te gast na 9 uur).

BBC Four zendt zaterdag 5 april classic Doctor Who uit. Het gaat om de serial The Daleks uit 1963 met the First Doctor:

› The Dead Planet, 21.30 - 21.55
The TARDIS lands on the planet Skaro inhabited by the Thals and the Daleks who have plans to take over.
› The Survivors, 21.55-22.20
The travellers are captured by the Daleks and The Doctor confesses that he lied about the Fluid Link.
› The Escape, 22.20 - 22.50
The Doctor and his companions decide to hatch a plan to escape from the Dalek cell.

Dit zijn de eerste drie afleveringen van 7. Informatie over de rest komt langzaam binnen:

BBC Radio 7 heeft vorig jaar een seizoen lang commentaar gegeven op Heroes. Dat was een 'wel redelijk' programma, en dat gaan ze nu ook doen met Doctor Who, te beginnen op zondag 6 april. Direct ervoor wordt een Doctor Who hoorspel met Paul McGann (8th Doctor) herhaald.

Als ik DW aanvink en opsla zie ik die niet verschijnen, dus het linkje is een beetje nutteloos.

Vandaag bij Free Record Shop de DVD box van Doctor Who S1 gevonden voor maar 15 euro. Een TW/DW seizoen is al gauw enkele tientallen ponden bij HMV, dus ik heb deze meteen meegenomen.
