Het fantastische, grootse, coole Billy Wilder tournament

Na Alfred Hitchcock, Stanley Kubrick, Steven Spielberg, de Coen broertjes, Tim Burton, Ingmar Bergman, Federico Fellini, Pedro Almodovar, David Lynch en recent Akira Kurosawa is het nu de beurt aan regisseur Billy Wilder om aan een tournament te onderwerpen. En ja, dat is best spannend.



Want Wilder maakte een hoop klassiekers, waaronder het Some Like it Hot, Sunset Blv. en The Apartment.
Maar daarnaast maakte hij ook veel andere toppers. Alleen de vraag is: welke is zijn beste?

Nog even op een rijtje:

  • Elke film moet minimaal één maal ondersteund worden.
  • Stemmen gelden alleen als beide films gezien zijn.
  • Elke ronde is om en nabij anderhalve week open.

    Nomineer er lekker op los, zou ik zeggen .

    Om zometeen op een fatsoenlijke kwartfinale te komen, heb ik de zes films die op IMDb het minst hoog gewaardeerd zijn (en ook vaak de minste votes hebben), steeds per drie bij elkaar gezet (duel 1 en duel 2). De rest van de titels bestaat gewoon uit één voor- en één tegenstander. Ik hoop dat iedereen het daar een beetje mee eens is. Als er echt grote bezwaren zijn, laat het een beetje op tijd horen, misschien sleutel ik er dan toch nog wat aan.
