Btw: Most people in England (99%) don't speak the English we regard as "English". When referring to "English" we usually refer to "RP" (Received Pronunciation), an artificial accent spoken by the upper class English. If you want to learn RP you should take an English course for foreign speakers of English or attend classes at for instance the Universities of Oxford or Cambridge.

Maargoed me vraag: ik heb een textje gekregen die gescreven is in "the simple present tense". Nu moet ik dus een aantal zinnen die in het nederlands staan aangegeven in "the present tence" in het engels opschrijven.
Simple: I read a lot. (je leest veel in het algemeen)
Continuous: I am reading a lot. (je leest veel op dit moment/in de afgelopen periode en je bent nog steeds bezig)
Continuous gebruik je om een actie etc. aan te geven die veelal op dit moment plaatsvind en van beperkte duur is.

That's nice, I still have some of my workbooks from that method. Several chapters, even more paragraphs, and each paragraph had a list of words. some of them were hard to learn, others were easy to remember.
It wa the same method of which I learned the word "ta". i never heard of it, but now I know what it means.

De laatste keer dat ik "ta" hoorde was het nog gewoon 'jargon' voor "thanks".
