- Pokemon Battle Revolution == teh sux
- Transformers talk
- Bozon references that NeoGAF thread about broken Driver game. Doesn't actually mention NeoGAF specifically.
- Geometry Wars Galaxies. 60 planet types. Game looks "more vibrant" on 360. "Vertical Scrolling level". Both seemed to prefer dual-analog style of play. Number of enemies and effects on the screen can make it difficult to see the red laser guide on the IR control. Classic controller support probable, GCN controller not so much.
- Hori fighting stick talk. Hori wanted IGN to write a review with ONLY PICTURES.
- BUY ZACK AND WIKI. "If you are not stupid you will like that game"
- Matt will be playing a private demo of Metroid Prime at E3.
- Matt calls DK Bongo Blast "pretty assy". No bongo controller support. Wii controller doesn't work well for the game.
- FIFA talk. Minigames like Foosball included.
- de Blob. They said it was interesting. Music is "sucky". ( veel mensen kijk hier na uit toch knap voor wat als een studenten project begon
- Everybody makes fun of the "Pickman" incident. Also Geist for N64 incident.
- Mario and Sonic shown behind closed doors at E3.
- Bozon says they don't know anything about what is going to happen at E3. Says they they well be screwed because everything is so spread out.
- Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 coverage on Monday.
- Soul Calibur Legends coverage soon. Craig Harris played it.
- Red Steel 2 not at show. Other games are being held until after E3.
- READER MAIL
- Forever Blue. Matt and Bozon like it. Peer doesn't. Matt says it's a completely different game from its predecessors.
- A Nintendo franchise will be brought back from the dead and shown at E3.
- DIRECT QUOTE (IE, Could be real or not) "There is a Tales of Symphonia sequel coming to Wii." Hinted it last week, Matt wants to confirm it this week. There's so much laughing and failure to bleep here that we can't really know if they are kidding or not.
- Graphics discussion. =/
- Matt hates lack of Smash Bros at E3.
- Matt hoping for a Wii Health Pack surprise.
- Matt says Nintendo or Microsoft will win E3. Bozon says Nintendo. Jessica says Nintendo. Peer says Microsoft.
- Rockstar not at E3.

Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga preview (Wii control details)
July 6th, 2007
While it isn’t a review, I wanted to post some direct paragraphs from GameSpy’s hands on with Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga. They have some very good things to say about the Wii controls.
To use the Wii’s functionality, the Complete Saga team essentially added a layer of motion-sensing controls over the primary set. You can press the Z button to build, but if you piston your arms up and down to pantomime the character’s animation, you’ll build much faster. Similarly, you can just press the Z button to use your Force powers, but if you direct them with the Wii’s controls you’ll get a much faster or more powerful response. Although it might not make it into the final build, blaster characters will probably be able to fire their grapples by flicking the remote from down to up. And, finally, you can use the Wii Remote to swing your lightsaber.
If you waggle the Wii Remote, a character armed with a lightsaber will swing it with the same abandon you swing. If you jump or double jump first, you’ll perform a slam or super slam attack. In addition, if you swing when a bolt is incoming, you’ll be able to swat away blaster fire (rather than just having to hold your lightsaber still). Swinging the lightsaber with the Wii Remote is a bit faster than just pressing the trigger, and the effects you generate more powerful, but the real payoff is simply swinging your “lightsaber” in real life.

1UP: Do you plan -- or has Nintendo even shared the programming tools necessary -- to include online play?
KS: There will be no online play for this game. We're focusing on the new party mode and tour mode to enhance the play experience.
1UP: Will you implement Miis into the game?
KS: No, we don't plan to implement Miis; however, with an abundant selection of costumes and interesting characters, you're certain to find what you like.
