Nou, ik zit dus een beetje te surfen, kom ik op een site die eindelijk iets heeft wat ik wil. Zie ik daar een knop staan "live help"
Dus ik zo mooi drukken, kom ik in zo'n chat windowtje waar na 2 seconden iemand bij me in komt, en vraagt of ie me kan helpen. Nou perfect dacht ik zo. Dus ik had stiekem al op de voorpagina zien staan dat ze ook internationaal shippen. Dus ik dacht ik vraag mooi hoeveel dat kost. "Sorry, we do not ship to Netherlands."
(dit is het 2e gesprek al). De eerste keer duurde het een minuut voordat ie antwoorde. Volgens mij weet die gast niet eens waar "The Netherlands" ligt.
