Tamora Angel Foster, 39, of Nederland, was indicted in July 2016 on charges of continuous sexual abuse of a child.
On Friday, she was found guilty by a jury, according to a release from the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office.
According to court documents, Foster forced an 11-year-old family member to have sexual intercourse and oral sex in the summer of 2015.
It occurred a second time in 2016 when the victim was 12.
Judge Raquel West sentenced Foster to 50 years in prison with no chance of parole.
'It's hard to imagine a more emotional and disturbing set of facts than those in this case,' Assistant District Attorney Kim Pipkin said in a statement.
'I want to thank the jury for their verdict, law enforcement and CPS for their investigations, each of the witnesses for their testimony, the Garth House for their support, and most importantly, the victim for being so courageous.'
Foster will be forced to serve every day of her sentence and will be a registered sex offender for life.
According to The Examiner, her co-defendant, 62-year-old James Shoemaker, was set for trial this past week as well, but his case has not yet been adjudicated.
Shoemaker is currently being held in the Jefferson County Correctional Facility on a $100,000 bond for one charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child and has been in custody since September 2016.
Foster, who also goes by the last name Villenez, had been free on bail awaiting trial but was taken back into the custody of Jefferson County Jail staff on March 9.
Records show that she was arrested in 1998 for possession of marijuana under two ounces.

Het is een uitzondering dat het OM zoals gisteren 30 jaar eist voor de vergismoord.
Dan blijft het natuurlijk maar de vraag of de rechter daar in mee gaat.
