Ik gebruik powerpoint 2003 en had een vraag over de dianummering.
Hoe kan ik er voor zorgen dat de dianummering wordt weergeven als 'x van y' maar dan dat y het totaal aantal dia's van de presentatie is en dat als ik er dia's toevoeg dat het totaal ook automatisch wordt aangepast?
Ik gebruik powerpoint 2003 en had een vraag over de dianummering.
Hoe kan ik er voor zorgen dat de dianummering wordt weergeven als 'x van y' maar dan dat y het totaal aantal dia's van de presentatie is en dat als ik er dia's toevoeg dat het totaal ook automatisch wordt aangepast?
Je kan de dianummering vinden onder 'invoegen'. Het totaal aantal dia's kan je niet automatisch laten invoegen. Je kan het probleem omzeilen door het totaal gewoon weg te laten (Je kan je immers afvragen hoeveel toegevoegde waarde het heeft).
En anders naderhand, als je weet wat het totaal is:
• After completing your presentation, click View > Master > Slide Master.
• Click on the Number Area that can be found at the bottom right hand corner in the Slide Master.
• Click on '<#>'.
• Make sure that the text is not highlighted. If it is, press the right arrow key.
• Press spacebar, then type in 'of YY'. Replace YY with the total numbers of slides you have. The final product should look something like this: "<#> of 5".
• You can then move the Number Area to the center.
• Close Master View.
• Click Insert > Slide Number.
• Put a checkmark on Slide number. Click Apply to All.
• Repeat the steps again if you have created any new slide.
