Samenvatting:
Private fondsen en particulieren onttrekken al 17 weken achter elkaar geld uit de aandelenmarkt.
Centrale banken kopen massaal aandelen met geld dat uit het niets vandaan komt.
S&P en Dow Jones op vandaag op all time high.
