[Help] Tips to choose a bank

Choose whatever you like: Rabobank, ABN, ING.

None of them charge for withdrawals and creditcards are like 10eu per year unless you're a student, then it's free. Interest rates are pretty much the same.

I have a student CC at ING, it's 12,50 a year.

Student accounts are only applicable, to those who receive their Dutch student loans on the particular account.
Besides the credit cards acceptance is quite low, so you should be looking for a debit card anyway (Of the Maestro brand, as this is the most accepted one).
About the banks: ABN, ING and Rabobank have a combined market share of approximately 90% in the retail banking sector. As a result, their offerings are very comparable and competition is almost non-existent. Unfortunately the banks are not too eager to open accounts for foreign nationals, therefore I recommend sticking with whatever bank offers you to actually open an account. Best chances at ING, although it can greatly vary from branch to branch.
