Hi,

I tried to order a watch storage box, but when you go through Paypal and i continue for the price of $10,32, i get a screen with all the shipment options that will add 10-15 dollar to the price. Why is that so expensive?

Hi Tomtop webcare, on your website in my accountsettings i cannot change the country of residence. I select the Netherlands but it stays on United States. Both in Safari and Chrome. Is this a known issue?

It's more feedback for your store. It's a lot better if the customer can see the prices with shipping or that it's clear how much it will be. In this case, i select a watchbox, i went to paypal and paid for 10,32 dollar, and then i get back to the website of Tomtop and i needed to pay extra for shipping (15 dollar or something).

I already bought the watchbox somewhere else.

What i mean is, it's strange that you don't see shipping prices before you pay with paypal,

How it's like now:
-I see a watchbox for 10.32 dollar
-I don't see any shipping fee at the product, I put it in the basket and pay
-I pay with Paypal (and i think it's finished)
-I get a screen to add shipping for 15-20 dollar (and i cancel because of this issue, and i have a negative experience).

Hope you understand that the better way is to let the customer see the shipping fee before going to paypal.

On 23 June I ordered a Vernee Apollo Lite in silver with my regular account. I paid during the order process with paypal. The e-mail address used for Paypal differs from the e-mail used for my Tomtop account.

I received confirmation of payment from you on the Paypal e-mail address. However, when I log in on TomTop, my paid order does not show up in any status overviews. Only an old order that I did not pay for.

Trying to log in with the paypal address results in a comment that that e-mail address is unknown to you.

I tried to resolve this issue by e-mail, but all I got was a response that payment was received but the phone was not yet in stock (dated June 28). The ordernumber isBN16F23I4732-UXSWFX.

I would like to see my order show up in my regular account, so I can track its progress.

I pre-ordered a Vernee Apollo Lite at your shop. Vernee has said that they dispatched their phones to the sellers on July 10. Could you let me know when TomTop will start shipping the Apollo Lite out? I hope I get it soon because my current device is dying..

Hi,

The Oukitel Pro 6000 broke yesterday
It wont Go on with Power button, it will not charge any more
I could turn it on by vinger print because there was Power on it
I think i Have problem when Power is gone
