I always eat eggs in the morning on friday and saturday
With bacon and cheese
I use 4 slices of dark brown 'volkoren' bread
then 4 slices of bacon i put in the pan
then i put the eggs on the bacon, trying not to break the yolk but this happens anyway so i usually just decide to break them both and spread them out on the bacon
then halfway i put some 4 season pepper on them
then i put some cheese on them
then to top it all off I use some italian spices
and then I use a little bit of light mayonaise as butter on the 4 slices of 'volkoren' bread
and then I put the bacon with eggs and cheese on that and i eat it all up

I've got lots of leftover eggs from Easter (hard-boiled). So that's what I'll be eating the coming few days (though I prefer them soft-boiled over hard-boiled, but OK, Easter is Easter).
