True, it doesn't say, in this video below, that they were rehearsing for martial law in that report, however, that is what the residents said when they called in on the issue. That is what these vehicles are, "Weapons". That is what this event was, "WAR" by domestic enemies, UNDER FOREIGN CONTROL, in violation of their sworn oath of office. This is exactly why Rothschild had to have Israel created, so he had a base from which to do these kinds of crimes and have the resources to do so, and that needed residents willing or fearful enough to pay taxes for all these planned military events. That way, the Rothschilds don't have to use their wealth. Its a great way to crash our economy at the same time and all of this without costing the Rothschilds a single dime. Ferguson is in St. Charles county and St. Charles also had riots, thus they were also given provocateurs. DHS is the only terrorist organization that we have to fight in the country, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE INTERNATIONAL BANKS. Its turning out DHS is always involved in drills for the exact same event that turns real. It happened on 9-11, remember? FEMA showed up the day before 9-11 and did a press conference saying they were there for war games for the exact same type event that eventually happened the next day. I just received notice that the Ebola pandemic is also a "false flag" war game, so watch out, they maybe tied together according to this author below.
