Hey boppers. De D5300 schiet er lekker vlot op los met de OVF. Begrijp 't niet zo goed. In liveview is de spiegel toch al weggeklapt? Zou dan toch sneller moeten zijn? Lijkt nu alsof 'ie eerst de spiegel ervoor klapt, dan de spiegel weer wegklapt voor de exposure en dan weer terug ervoor zet en dan weer weghaalt voor de liveview. What gives?!

Klopt wel ongeveer.
D5300, D600 en D810 doen dat bij mij alle 3. De D810 wel aanzienlijk sneller.

Ah, ok. Dacht dat het misschien aan mij lag. Nog maar eens wat wezen inlezen:

Ligt dus aan de AF. Al doet 'ie het ook in MF. Ok. Dan maar eerst alles klaarzetten naar wens in LV. En dan de LV wegdoen zodra ik wil beginnen met klikken.

Gisteren voor het eerst mijn D3200 getest op een verjaardag. Vriendin ook blij met haar eigen fotograaf haha. En ik blij met een oefenkans. En ik ga het toch ook zeggen: Hoe heb ik ooit zonder Dslr gekund

ik heb een windows 8 pc en probeer view x2 te installeren, maar hij breekt de installatie af en er komt verder geen foutmelding, alleen dat de installatie nog niet klaar is.

Het is met name de spiegel die de boel vertraagt. Met mirrorless camera's hoeft alleen de sluiter maar een dubbele beweging te maken (en bij een Sony zelfs ook dat niet, hoeft ie alleen maar een keer dicht en weer open). Bij een SLR gaat de spiegel ook nog vrolijk mee staan klapperen en dat neemt nogal wat tijd in beslag waarbij ook de uitzondering weer door Sony wordt gevormd die óf een aparte sensor voor LV heeft(SLR) óf gewoon dwars door de spiegel heen fotografeert(SLT)

Voor de snelle respons moet je dus op een SLR geen liveview willen gebruiken en al helemaal niet omdat iedere opname je het dubbele aan sluiterbewegingen kost.

Ja, is wel ff wennen, zo van volledige EVF-voorgeschiedenis (Fujifilm Finepix S8000fd -> Canon SX1 IS -> Panasonic GH2 -> Olympus OM-D E-M1 -> Panasonic GH4) opeens naar OVF. Kan me eigenlijk ook niet herinneren dat het met de 600D zo langzaam werken was. Maar ik dacht, ik mis een setting ofzo waar ik gewoon kan zeggen 'doe maar contrast detection AF van de sensor en laat die spiegel opgeklapt', maar dat kan dus niet bij de consumer dinkies. En idd. Zo'n klappertandend spiegelsystem zorgt ook weer lekker voor beweging. Voor nu maar liveview opzetten en dan liveview wegflippen en over op optisch schieten. Opeens geen peaking meer met MF is ook wel ff wennen. Maar goed, het wordt wel wat.

Peaking is nog niet zo'n drama. Wat wennen is is als je met een spiegelreflex als automatisme op de knop drukt waar bij je spiegelloze de electrische loupe zit
Anders dan andere minder jonge fotografen was ik op slag om nadat ik voor het eerst in een goeie EVF keek.

Ja, dat is eigenlijk toch wel een zegen. Geloof dat de sensor van de A5100/A6000 ook zo'n beetje dezelfde is als in de Nikon D5300, niet? Eigenlijk mirrorless versies ervan, de A6000 ook nog eens met EVF. Is ook wel nice, maar ja, ik doe us lekker andersom en ga van EVF naar optisch. Neem 'em binnenkort wel ff mee naar Salzburg, dat leent zich altijd wel voor wat kiekjes.

Zaterdag de D810 meegehad naar het Kalverdijkje in Leeuwarden waar het FK JazzDans gehouden werd. Lenzen waren de 24-70 f/2.8 en 70-200 f/2.8 VR II. Geen flitsers, uiteraaard.

Zelden zo slecht licht gehad in een sporthal (weinig lichten aan voor de "sfeer" en erg beperkt spectrum). Eigenlijk wel een goede test want 1/400e op ISO3200 was amper te doen.

De D810 heeft (1:1 ingezoomd) duidelijk méér ruis op ISO3200 dan m'n D600 maar op één of andere manier is de structuur van de ruis wel heel fijnkorrelig waardoor je in Lightroom probleemloos bij "noise reduction" de "luminance" slider op 50 kan zetten waar ik bij de D600 amper boven de 25 durf te gaan omdat je dan teveel op details inlost.

Qua dynamisch bereik heb ik helemaal niets te klagen en net als bij de D600 haal je ook bij de D810 probleemloos een paar stops op uit de donkere delen zonder vreemde (of onbehandelbare) noise te zien.

Verder is de grotere burst-buffer erg fijn en was scherpstellen geen probleem, terwijl het toch erg donker was (en er ook nog eens in donkere kleding gedanst wordt).

Verder 2200 foto's (14-bit RAW, lossless compressie) geschoten op 1 accu en er zat nog 1/3e aan power in.

Heb mijn D800 dit weekend op een optreden op een festivalletje losgelaten, en toch ook weer positief verbaasd over wat ie aankan.

Hoe bevalt deze? Ik zoek een relatief goedkope telezoomlens.. in principe fotografeer ik altijd met mijn tokina 11-16 mm, maar voor op vakantie wil ik een zoomlens meenemen voor wat wildlife en ik wil de maan eens dichtbij kunnen halen.. Ik hoef dus niet top notch, maar wil ook niet zomaar 200 euro weggooien

Echt mooi spul weer!
Denk dat iedereen verrast is over de prijs van de 200-500 (in positieve zin) en de 24-70 (in negatieve zin).

Als ik een goed bedrag voor m'n 24-70 kan krijgen wil ik misschien wel upgraden. Denk niet dat ik behoefte heb aan de 200-500 (heb nu 300 mm max).
De 24mm klinkt wel weer erg gaaf als lichte walk-around lens.

Die is zwaarder dan een 1.8 (gok ik zo...).
1.4 is natuurlijk wel altijd geiler

Nikon D700 (incl. MB-D10 etc.) te koop, maar ook Sigma 85mm 1.4 en Nikon 35mm f/2D.

Nice ! Het is dat ik met Canon fotografeer, anders had ik een bod gedaan. Mooie 2e body. Succes met de verkoop!
