De spier met als hoofdtaak het flexen van je elleboog is je brachialis, die is tevens ook sterker dan je biceps en is echt het 'werkpaard' voor de curlbeweging. Maar goed, die is niet te trainen zonder de biceps erbij te betrekken - behalve als je vreemde palms-facing-downwards-curls gaat doen
