The problem you encountered is a technicality within the Call to Arms system.
You queued as tank when the call to arms was active, super.
Then, during the run, people left and you had to requeue to replace them : at THAT point, the call to arms wasn't active, and as such, you queued without it active. This is what lead to you not receiving the satchel in the end.
Unfortunately this is not something we can undo for you. Technically speaking, you did indeed get what you queued for, the extra points and gold. This is something our developers are aware of, and they are working on having it fixed as soon as possible, but due to technical limitations, we are not able to recover any potentially affected bags. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
