quote:I have been told by a couple (this time) really reliable sources that TNA settled one labor dispute yesterday through mediation.
And..
that there are more then a dozen current claims against them in Tennessee.
TNA is “crying broke” and Panda is cutting the current investments of money into the company drastically!
There is also a sexual harassment suit filed and Terry Taylor is named in this suit. I don’t know who yet has filed this one.
It should be noted as well that if Terry has done anything or not, with his past it won’t turn out well for he or the company.
Dixie Carter is currently on sabbatical and there is “major heat” on her, even though she is being told this is “temporary” it is not.
The word is Bischoff is the current “swinging dick” but, if the Panda monies are being cut drastically, this is not going to “bode well” because Hogan should be the first to go or at least be paid less.
And Bischoff LOVES to spend as he knows no other way!
If this is true, Russo’s days are numbered.
I hope that Andy Bartons $140K plus per year is evaluated based on his performance as well as Craig Jenkins and Steve Small’s $80-90K.
We’ll see??
On a really sad note;
I have heard that Nigel Mcguiness has hepatitis C and this is the reason he is not wrestling for TNA.
I like Nigel and I see him as a great talent. I sincerely hope this isn’t true but if you think about it, he was hired by WWE and the way it went down could only be from a bad blood test, injury, or dope.
Nigel had the torn biceps and WWE knew that so that can’t be it. And he started wrestling with TNA immediately.
If he does have “Hep C” I feel really bad for the ROH guys that bled with him in matches and here’s some more “food for thought” and how this may play out for TNA;
This would mean that they knew about Nigels possible health issue which put everyone and anyone that he has worked with in “harms way” which is borderline “un forgivable” and just may ruin TNA with all of the other current work and working condition issues.
I’ve heard they are going to give Nigel a job in the office so, they must be scared to fire him and would mean to me that they had this knowledge upon hiring him.
Again, I like Nigel and I hope it isn’t true and even though I feel “creepy” writing about it something tells me I needed to.
Zo dan?quote:Originally Posted by http://www.gerweck.net/2011/04/22/tna-stars-in-ring-career-over/
The word is that former Ring of Honor champion and TNA star Desmond Wolfe (Nigel McGuinness) will be working in the TNA office soon as he wont be cleared to wrestle again.
The condition is something a lot of people have but usually dont have troubles from it until they are in their 70s.
Odds are that as Austin and Edge get older, their problems will worsen but by getting away from in-ring action, they will able to ward those problems off. The risk of paralysis is greater with taking a bad bump in the ring and any type of consistent in-ring action would speed up the health problems and greatly decrease qualify of life.
Its safe to say that like Austin, Edge will be staying away from the ring for the most part.
Dat is waar jaquote:In an interesting trivia note, the Christian vs. Alberto Del Rio Ladder Match at WWEs Extreme Rules pay-per-view is believed to be only the second time in company history where a match guarantees that someone will become World Champion for the first time.
Usually there is a defending champion and when there isnt, usually one of the contenders going for the vacant title have been champion before. The other match would be from March 27th, 1988 when Randy Savage beat Ted DiBiase in the title tournament finals at WrestleMania 4.

quote:Breaking: CM Punk May Be Leaving WWE
CM Punk has been offered a new long-term WWE contract, but at this time he has not signed and could be leaving the company when his current contract expires in a few months. There has been talk about the possibility for some time, but during the European tour, discussion of Punks exit heated up. As mentioned, Punk has not signed the new offer, citing burnout with being on the road for years and unhappiness with his position in the company over the last year. A WWE office source leaked the following information to PWInsider.com on the situation
When you look at how the company brands its characters, Punk is never among the top 5-8 names that are promoted or pushed. Its Cena, Orton, Miz, Undertaker, Rey, now Alberto, etc. these days and Punk is sort of floating right under there. He didnt fit into the youth drive a few months back but hes not treated like a top veteran either. Hes just there, doing his job and while everyone knows he delivers, hes never really treated like someone who does. Hes never dropped the ball but we dont give it to him really, either. Hes treated like a guy, but not THE guy. For a driven guy like him whos made wrestling his entire world, its got to drive him crazy. Now, the excuse will be dont push Punk because he might be leaving, but the reality is the environment and situation is what is probably making him want to leave to begin with. Either it gets fixed or it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy, just like it did when Batista walked out.
