    Vergeten grootmeesters uit de wereldcinema

    Zo dat is hem voor dit jaar. Een nieuwe nummer één dus. Het is eigenlijk nooit echt spannend geweest. Pulp Fiction heeft zelfs een hele tijd buiten de top 10 gestaan. Christopher Nolan was ik blijkbaar de afgelopen jaren vergeten in het regisseurs overzicht en mag dit jaar toch wel de winnaar van de verkiezing worden genoemd, met drie films die binnenkomen in de top 100.

    De traditionele schaduwlijst en de Excel-sheet met de volledige uitslag volgt nog later vanavond, daar ben ik nog niet helemaal mee klaar, maar wou jullie niet langer in spanning houden.

    Terecht dat No Country For Old Men zo hoog binnenkomt, geweldige film, gister voor het eerst gezien.
    Opvallend dat Jurassic Park uit de Top 100 is..

    Jammer van Cinema Paradiso, en dat The Matrix, LOTR, Kill Bill en Donnie Darko weer ouderwets hoog scoren op Fok! Voor de rest wel een mooie lijst .

    God gaf de mens vrijheid en we kunnen dus al met al aannemen dat hij niet verantwoordelijk is voor menselijke misdaden. Alleen hij die de mens heeft geschapen draagt echter de volle verantwoordelijkheid voor de stront.

    Mooie lijst weer.
    Seven Samuria stijgt weer wat plaatsjes. En de twee Ki-duk Kim's ook. Waarvan Spring etc. nieuw de top 100 binnen komt
    Leuk ook dat de twee Batman films erin zijn gekomen.
    Mindere trends zijn de grote daling van Apocalypse Now, Monty Python and the Holy Grail en Oldboy En natuurlijk het uit de top 100 vallen van Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas (1998), Citizen Kane (1941), Simon en Nuovo cinema paradiso (1988)
    Opvallend ook dat Raiders of the Lost Ark weer terug is. Zou dat iets te maken hebben met hernieuwde aandacht met de nieuwe Indy film?

    Nog wat loze statistiekjes en opmerkelijkheden.

  • Films uit de landen Estland, Macedonië en Uruguay kregen dit jaar voor het eerst punten en dat brengt het aantal landen wat ooit punten gekregen heeft op 53.
  • Pulp Fiction stond alleen op nummer 1 in top 25 lijstjes.

    Voor wie nu nog niet genoeg cijfertjes gezien heeft of graag wil weten waar hun favorieten terecht gekomen zijn volgt hier een link naar de excelsheets. Net als vorig jaar heb ik ook een versie gemaakt waar de formules uit zijn, maar wel alle informatie ook volledig en op dezelfde manier in staat. Deze is wellicht gebruiksvriendelijker, omdat het doorrekenen van de originele sheet nogal lang kan duren.

    Aangezien ze hem op dit moment op m'n eigen pc host, zijn ze 's nachts niet beschikbaar.

    Zoals elk jaar heb ik ook dit jaar weer een schaduwlijst gemaakt. Deze is ooit in het leven geroepen om dat in de reguliere top 100 nieuwe films de toon slaan, terwijl er ook oude films nog altijd de moeite waard zijn. Deze krijgen wat meer aandacht in de schaduwlijst en mogen vooral niet vergeten worden! Hij is weer op dezelfde manier samengesteld als afgelopen jaren en ook nu wil ik de precies criteria weer niet bekend om fraude in de toekomst te beperken. Ik hoop weer dat deze lijst weer als inspiratiebron kan dienen.

    Mooie lijst wel eigenlijk. Beter dan de top 100 van IMDB en Moviemeter. Boondock Saints is de enige echte kutfilm in deze top 100.

    Prachtige lijst moet ik zeggen

    Je kan natuurlijk blijven discussieren over sommige plaatsen, maar het is zo toch een keurige lijst

    Leuk dat TDK zijn plek in de lijst heeft! De enige film die hier echt niks te zoeken heeft is The Butterfly Effect.
