There was also a reporting that around 02:30 on the night Natalee disappeared, a Honda Civic was seen at the Sali?a near the Raquet Club. If there are more people that have seen this, please contact the police. A woman had also reported that she had seen four sweaty boys with a shovel on that night in question. The police want to find this woman.

Of course the police want to know who these boys are and what they did there, but the police would also like to have contact with the female informer and to know if there is anyone else who saw these boys.

AMSTERDAM - Een nieuwe, mogelijk belangrijke getuige in de zaak van Natalee Holloway heeft in de VS verklaard dat hij vader Paul van der Sloot en zoon Joran in de nacht van de verdwijning onder verdachte omstandigheden samen zag. Het openbaar ministerie op Aruba wil die verklaring zo snel mogelijk bij het onderzoek betrekken.
De verklaring is strijdig met die van de vader en de zoon, die stellen dat zij die avond geen contact hebben gehad. Volgens officier van justitie Hans Mos is de verklaring al in maart van dit jaar afgelegd. "De man werd gehoord door een particulier recherchebureau. Daarbij is hij onder meer onderworpen aan een test met een polygraaf, een leugendetector."
De getuige zag op de avond van de verdwijning eerst een jongeman langs zijn huis lopen. Het viel hem op dat hij maar één schoen droeg en een modderig shirt aan had. Vervolgens passeerde een rode terreinwagen, met een man van middelbare leeftijd. Hij herkende hen als Joran en Paul van der Sloot.
Meertje
Beiden kwamen uit de richting van het hotel waar Natalee Holloway verdween. Het tweetal zou vervolgens naar een meertje zijn gegaan, Montserrat Pont. Dit meertje is eerder door de politie onderzocht op mogelijke sporen. Hoewel daarbij met sonar werd gezocht, zijn geen sporen van een menselijk lichaam gevonden.
Mos: "Deze getuige heeft dingen verklaard die hij eerder niet naar voren heeft gebracht. Ook is een aantal zaken strijdig met een eerdere lezing tegenover de politie. Ik heb de verklaring in zijn geheel opgevraagd, maar tot op heden heb ik hem nog niet ontvangen." Volgens de getuige zou hij politie en justitie niet volledig geïnformeerd hebben, omdat hij ernstig betwijfelt of zij de zaak wel willen oplossen. De test met een leugendetector wees evenwel uit dat de getuige de waarheid spreekt, zo bevestigt Mos. "Hij heeft daar vrijwillig aan meegewerkt, zo heb ik begrepen."
"De verklaring is niet het bewijs dat de zaak rond maakt", aldus de officier. "Maar we willen hem wel graag hebben, met name omdat er andere dingen worden gezegd dan de getuige aan de politie heeft verteld. De privédetectives waren ingehuurd door de vader van Natalee. Ik zou de verklaring krijgen, maar bij het laatste overleg kregen we die toch niet."
Afronden
Justitie wil eind dit jaar het onderzoek naar de verdwijning voor de tweede maal afronden. Vorig jaar gebeurde dat ook, maar de zaak werd heropend, nadat Peter R. de Vries in zijn misdaadprogramma met beelden kwam van een undercoveroperatie, waarin Joran van der Sloot bekende haar lichaam in zee te hebben gedumpt. Deze verklaringen lijken echter als bewijs niet rechtsgeldig.
Volgens de nieuwe getuige zou het lichaam van het Amerikaanse meisje vermoedelijk zijn verborgen in het meertje op het eiland. Joran van der Sloot, die zijn studie in Nederland had hervat, is sinds de uitzending gevlucht naar Azië. Vader Paul van der Sloot wilde gisteravond niet reageren op het relaas van de getuige.

Most everything that Joran confessed to was a lie and in Patricks Book he changed what Joran said on the TV show anyway..What he said about Daury,The Shoes..Etc was all changed in the Book so the confession was meaningless as he later told another story. This was all for public consumption and to end the case so no one would be held accountable and everyone free from Prosecution. Take a good look at this so called Infiltration as for me it is absurd. Patrick is way too street smart to do such a horrid job of infiltration. Hans Mos even stated that the case will be ending at the end of the 2007 no matter what and thats exactly what they tried. The previous attempts of Natalee dieing by overdose and the two psychics failed miserably.
I am happy for Peter and glad this brought massive exposure for the case but the case is far from being solved and beth is far from being at peace. She had a camera stuck in her face before she even knew what was happening. Peter needs to continue what he started in the first broadcast as that was explosive..Why has he not continiued what he started exposing the cover up? The book and TV show are a complete hoax..IMO..You can flame me all you like as I am convinced Patrick is a fraud put into place by the Aruban Govt..That doesnt mean I have lost all faith in Peter R as I think he is a great Investigator who has run into some major obstacles that are obstructing the case. Patrick wanted to become a millionaire and I am sure feels like he is a patriot for helping out Aruba.

The reporter, who is in Aruba, learned that they used an informant, who "infiltrated", that person was a trusted friend of the suspects, or one of the three, and that's how they got information.

ORANJESTAD In order to re-arrest the three suspects in the Holloway-case, justice used phone tapping and infiltration to get new evidence. Amigoe learned this from reliable sources. Suspect Joran van der Sloot, who arrives in Aruba this evening, is supposedly being accompanied by Chief of Police Dolphi Richardson.
The examining magistrate will interrogate Van der Sloot this Monday, in the presence of his lawyer. The session is not public and takes place at an unknown location. Chances are that after the first order expires on Wednesday, the Public Prosecutor (OM) will extend his arrest with eight days. The examining magistrate has interrogated the brothers Kalpoe today.
Amigoe has learned that the telephones of Joran van der Sloot and his family and of the brothers Kalpoe have already been tapped since the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. As part of the investigation, justice has also put in a confidant that infiltrated within the group of suspects. Already earlier did the former leader of the investigation, former Chief of Police Gerold Dompig want to use this last method of criminal investigation, which is new in Aruba. But that was considered too expensive at that moment. The telephone tapping method was used for quite some time already, says Dompig. It is one of the first methods used and is very common in such case. But for this, you need an authorization from the examining magistrate. But also Dompig thinks that the information comes from somebody close to the family. When all other methods are exhausted, you can start with infiltration. Rudy Croes even spoke in Radio in the beginning about how mad he was about tapped conversations between Jan Van Der Straten and Paul Van Der Sloot. As we all know he sued the courts and won for being unlawfully arrested. He became greedy and wanted more money and then lost the next decision and all monies after Jarin Janssen supplied evidence in her last admissions to the court. After PVDS lost his lawsuit he said the policeman were idiots because obviously there testimony indicated he indeed said 4AM and not 11PM
Hans Mos went on record in the begining saying one way or another PVDS is involved but now says he is a kind and gentle man and is most concerened with Arubas tourism. With all the witnesses,wiretaps and by his own admissions I believe it is a fact that Paul Van Der Sloot had two contacts with Natalee Holloway and picked them both up at 4AM. It boggles my mind that this case is still being covered up and that they are allowed to lie and get away with murder. Everyone knew in the beginning he was best friends with the Police Commisssioner and others who killed the case but yet they have never been questioned

The whole case of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway gets a different twist now that the information has come out from no less than the Superior Court, and in which mention is made of the declarations of witnesses and a phone tap that show or give an indication that Paul van der Sloot had on two occasions personal contact with Natalee during the night that she disappeared. Mention is made that, according to one or more official reports of the phone tap and also the declaration of Paul van der Sloot himself, that Paul fetched Joran and Natalee at McDonald and took them to the Holiday Inn. The possible involvement of Paulus with that could then be deducted from the file with the official reports of witnesses, amongst which two people suggested a contact existed between Paulus and Natalee Holloway the night of her disappearance, and a taped report (that was given by the Prosecutor in her final note 1 to the Court). The taped information and his declaration that he picked up Joran and Natalee by the McDonalds Palm Beach and brought them to the Holiday Inn, are clearly understood by the Dept. of Justice, and could in the judgement of this Superior Court, be considered as an indication of the involvement of Paulus in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway.

BETH HOLLOWAY TWITTY: Oh -- oh, it`s a very critical detail. And the night that we arrived on the island -- you know, Jug does not misinterpret a 4:00 AM time pickup to 11:00 PM. I mean, Paulus Van Der Sloot stated that he picked them up up at 4:00 AM on May the 30th. Then -- we don`t know who they were, but then even as far as June 16 and June 17, Mr. Van Der Sloot was still stating this 4:00 AM pickup. Only until around -- maybe it was when he was picked up or arrested did he change it to 11:00 PM that I had knowledge of.
New Witness in Aruba in 2008:
The witness claims at 4:05AM on May 30th 2005 he saw Joran walking by his house covered in Mud. Later he see's a red jeep driven by Paul Van Der Sloot with Joran in it looking for something. Followed by a station wagon.

I'm in Mountain Brook and from the people who have recently returned from Aruba is that Van der Sloot's dad was seen at a McDonald's at 3 a.m. the night Natalee disappeared.
I don't think this has been reported in the mainstream media so hopefully this will help those of of you who are following this closely. This is my first post here and I'm posting something I think all of you might find significant.
Natalee goes missing at about 1 to 1:30 a.m. and the Van der Sloot's dad is seen at a McDonalds at 3a.m. I assume the dad has a job and would have to be at work the next day. There to me it is very suspicious.......

Most of the early rumors have proved to be true and this thread is a great place to start. You will see Menace to Society(June 3rd 2005) and other Arubans knew from the start that Jan Van Der Straten was good friends of Paul Van Der Sloot and that Lorenzo Van Rijn is involved. Where is Lorenzo's PV from the first week or how about on June 16th 2005? Who switched places? Why is Paul Van Der Sloot and his two sons Joran Van Der Sloot and Lorenzo Van Rijn being protected by the Dutch and Aruban Governements? Why do they continue to lie about what they did in the casino that night and what they did with Natalee Holloway? and about Lorenzo?
I still do not know Lorenzo's involvement but one thing I am sure of is he is very close to Joran and is indeed Paul Van Der Sloots son!!!!!!!! The early posts by the people in Aruba tell the story.

regarding a possible new missing person report filed today has not
been confirmed at this time.
Additionally, sources close to the Natalee Holloway investigation have
indicated to me that there appear to be serious problems developing in
establishing a consistent time lime of events surrounding Natalee's
disappearance. Problems stem from conflicts among stories by those
being questioned, a growing list which now includes Father of Joran v
d Sloot, Paulus v d Sloot.
It's possible that the time line as presented by the elder vd Sloot
does not fit with other knowable facts in the case, resulting in his
having been brought back for additional questioning.
